I had the most awful experience with this company. Bought a full bedroom set on 6/14/13, it was delivered a week later. As I was told by the owner Roman the bedroom is coming from Italy hints the name Miss Italia and all materials are genuine parts. The headboard I purchased was suppose to be genuine leather. This particular set comes with 2 different headboard, one being plain wooden and the other upholstered by light brown material, again as I was told by the owners being leather. First problems occurred when I realized the material that came was fabric and not leather. After using the bedroom for about 4 weeks, I noticed some dark circles that appeared on the headboard particularly where the pillows are. Once discovering this, I right away called Vogue furniture spoke with Roman and explained the situation. He told me to try cleaning these spots with leather cleaner and see if that helps. As well as informed me this was not real leather, but some kind of faux material they don’t even know the name of. Before even touching or trying to clean, me and my husband took a better look. And realized this was not dirt, this was simply the material being rubbed off. Second issue was again with the headboard being very loose and making constant noise (getting worse with each night). After 12 weeks or so the headboard came off the bed, and the bed is now unusable. Contacted the store again this time in person, brought pictures and right away was told by the 2 owners they are not responsible for anything, and don’t know how to help nor want to help me with my issue. And this is what I was told. The headboard could be replaced with money out of my own pocket. After I declined that offer, and explained that this is a default part and they should hold some kind of accountability for it, I was screamed at and accused of creating damage myself. That statement really insulted me, for what reason would I be destroying my own (mind you expensive new bedroom set). I did not ask for refund, I did not ask for money back, I simply wanted my default part to be replaced. Please BEWARE of this company and their selling tack ticks. I was sold a piece of crap product but was told I was buying a gem. Future customers they are plenty of furniture companies out there that you can use. That would be helpful respectful and in time of need try to resolve your issues. Please DO NOT USE VOGUE FURNITURE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Yes they were nice to me when I was giving them money, but god forbids you have a problem or issue, then they will tell you 2 things: THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT & WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLY FOR ANYTHING… My worst experience ever, and I hope for future reference this could be helpful to other customers not to get cheated.

I lived close to this place for about 10 years but I never noticed it until recently. Major bummer. I’m not the type to write reviews but I thought this place really deserves one and so here is my attempt to write my first review. I recently bought a townhome in Highland Park. Moving from a condo into a townhome, I needed to buy more furniture. Because of my excitement I felt the need to buy furniture QUICKLY. I ended up buying most of my furniture from The Room Place as well as from another furniture shop in the city. I really regret not waiting but I can’t help it, I’m compulsive sometimes. Fast forward a few months later. I’m now looking for accessories for my home. I happened to wander into Vogue and instantly fell in love with it!! They have the most UNIQUE contemporary furniture and accessories that you will ever find! I really wish I had discovered this place sooner. So although I already furnished my living room I could not help but purchase a sectional in the store. 100% leather, have never seen anything else like it. I also bought a couple vases and a framed art. Their furniture is not only very nice and of great quality but their customer service is top notch. No joke. They will do all that they can to make sure you leave happy. Here’s a perfect example: When I paid for my sectional I was hoping I can get it delivered the next day. Knowing it was a slim chance, I asked anyways. I was shocked when they said they can deliver it to my house NOW…. if I wanted. I was so impressed. This was around noon. I said I could leave work around 3pm and I was told they could be at my house at 330pm. They even moved my old (well not so old) furniture for me to my parents house! Who else would do that for you? Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this place. Yolanda and Roman are truly the best! Very good people. Very satisfied. I highly recommend stopping by this store if you are in need of furniture or accessories. You’ll never want to get furniture from anywhere else again.

They will be good friends to you until they get your money. I bought a living room set for over 4k from them, and when our situation unexpectedly changed and I asked to return the set on the very next day after delivery, they would not take it, not for any cancellation fee, instead they just lied week after week that they would resolve the situation. My advice is stay away from them, dont belive their words and false smiles. ** Saw the seller response, and of course, it is again full of lies. False smiles are followed by false words - you lied to us week after week for several month after being contacted very next day after delivery. And your "happy" smile strangely disappeared right then, although weve been always polite to you. Note to the customers - there was no warranty in the contract at all, only their "well take a good care of you". I know now what it really means.

My wife and I stopped in to just take a look at what styles of furniture was available. We browsed around, and were amazed at the uniqueness of what this store has. If you are looking for something that will "Wow!" people when they come to your house, this is the place to buy your furniture. We bought an amazing kitchen table and chairs; in fact I wouldnt even call them pieces of furiture, I would call them pieces of art. Excellent selection, price and customer service. Any future furniture pieces we need, we are only going here. From browsing and being helped by Roman, to delivery the very next day, we were totally impressed and highly recommend Vogue Furniture.

Bought a leather couch. Got to pick the leather type, color and stitching and custom size. Came as expected, genuine leather, delivered and installed. Couldnt be happier for a high end leather couch. Very straight forward, no weird sales pitches - just straight forward quality stuff here. Really cool designs of furniture I didnt see anywhere else. Really happy - planning to shop here again when the need arises.
