I wish I could give this company 0 stars...First off, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I was in desperate need for a couch the same day I went to purchase this one. I didnt realize that I could have gone somewhere where I could pay a whole lot less for better quality, but it is what it is. My dark brown leather couch was originally $3000. I had a monthly agreement with them for $160 per month. I owned the couch for 1 year when I finally realized that I am paying way too much for a faux leather, cheap sectional. I called them up, and asked them if we could make some sort of new agreement to lower the monthly price, or they would have to come get it. They didnt want to work out a lower deal, so I voluntarily told them to come pick up the sectional. Weeks went by and I had already purchased another sectional elsewhere (which might I add is much better quality and $1500 less than theirs), and they still hadnt come by to pick their couch up or contacted me. They also had the nerve to threaten us and tell us we will go to prison and send out warrants if we do not tell them where the couch is. UMM EXCUSE ME?? WE DID!!! We told them the location, and specific days and time we will be home so they could come pick it up. They failed to contact me and give me any indication that they were interested in coming to get their merchandise. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU WILL BE PAYING WAY TOO MUCH FOR CHEAP MERCHANDISE AND YOULL BE SORRY.....

I wish I could give it 0 stars! This place is horrible!! They will finance you then hold the furniture you ordered from you after you have already put down your down payment and want you to pay 2 more months in advance just to get your furniture!!! Do not go here! They will try to scam you! They then turned right around after I refused to pay for 3 months without the furniture that they were holding from me and put 8 grand on my credit report and I am out 300 dollars down payment and no furniture at all!! P.s. the furniture in total was only going to cost around $1,700! So you tell me where they got $8,000 from. This place is a scam and I am still battling with them over all of this!! Also the sales man are very nice and persuasive however the finance department is a nightmare!! When I tried to talk to the sales rep and the owner they said its not their "department". Worse place Ive ever had to deal with!!

Furniture Fair is a great place to purchase furniture I had a problem with a sectional I had purchased from them they went over and beyond to fix the problem I am very satisfied I would refer anyone who wants to be treated right to please come in and give them your business!!
