this is my second time purchasing get anything from RTG. the first was a bedroom set for my little girl .... no problems. 2 years later my wife and I buy a new house so new living room and dining room was in order. First we paid almost 300 to have it delivered. with understanding no one could be home to any of the delivery days before 11 (folks have to work to pay for stuff). "Not a problem sir" long story short... was a problem... had to take off even earlier from work... also only half the furniture is being delivered. out of stock on the love seat.... how you going to be out of something that is part of the set.... next the first half arrives and the lamp is broke and the coffee table cant be assembled because it isnt manufactured correctly... okay bring the replacements when you bring the rest of our stuff... day of second delivery 2.75 hrs late (after the 4 hrs window they gave me) got their Truck stuck in the persons yard at the stop before me. they got love seat in. coffee table together... now the lamp... its a spider lamp or an overhanging lamp whatever you want to call it. they cut it open checked it... said basically here you go. wait wait wait. yall have to assemble this.. no sir we dont assemble lamps. if thats the case I want part of my $300 delivery and SETUP fee I paid back. so then they cant get it together so I help them out finally to tell them not worry about because well... they werent properly trained. but they ran off with the damn specialty light bulbs for the thing. if they had been properly trained they could have assembled it and made sure it worked before they left. long story short my next furniture purchase will NOT be from Rooms To Go. I cant believe I paid almost $300 DELIVERY FEE for this kinda of service. the your money and go somewhere else

I just experience extremely bad customer service from one of your stores in Mobile Alabama located on Airport Boulevard. I spoke with your manager of the store Neil who let $1000 walk out the door because he didnt want to sell the bunkbed that I wanted to buy and take home the same day because he said he did not have a something else to fill the spot. The item was for sale as is and to be taken home by the customer. I called corporate who advised me that he would not get in trouble for letting someone buy something off the floor that day but the manager Neil consistently said that he would get in huge trouble due to corporate. Corporate also advised that this is a very bad representation of their company and will report this matter up and as a customer should not have been treated this way. This is very bad customer service and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back to your store if this is how I will be treated as a customer and denied to buy furniture off your floor and I will also not be recommending your company to any of my friends or family. This was the first time and the last time I will ever shop at your store I do hope that you do not treat all your customers like this nationwide. I have never been to a retail store where they sell merchandise and told by the manager that I cant buy the item that is currently for sale.

Stay Away. First I bought a dining set, when it was delivered the RTG guys set it up and after they left I noticed that the table was very unstable. After inspecting the table, over half of the hardware was missing. Next purchase was a sectional, we paid for the stain guard to be applied to the fabric, which they did not apply before delivering. I had to set another appointment for someone to come out and spray the sectional. As the RTG tec. was driving down my concrete driveway she drove onto my lawn after a heavy rain and left a 20 feet long rut in my yard and broke a sprinkler head. Then I speak to the manager about my damages and he says that I have to file a claim with the claims dept. I made a claim after leaving the store and have never heard from anyone two months later. (NEVER AGAIN)

More like rooms to blow! They are deceptiive in their practices and billing. They over charged us 2000 after they dropped the ball and screwed our order up FOUR times before getting it right and then charged us for it. Their manager is rude and incompetent and I would love to see this location shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM RTG, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I really wish this furniture would fit up their a$$ cause I would gladly put it there. Rooms to go is a rip off and so is its so called finance company Synchrony. Keep it local and spend your money with someone other than these whack jobs...

After looking at almost every furniture store in Mobile, Rooms to Go had some of the trendiest furniture made with great quality at very reasonable prices. I loved that when I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any help without being harassed. The purchase process was easy. The one thing that prevent me from giving them 5 stars, is how long it takes for you to actually receive your furniture. The furniture you see in the store, isnt actually available for you to leave with that day. It took 2 weeks for me to get my sofas and tables, and a month to get 2 lamps.

Hello My father bought a reclining bed from this place & it didnt work. He called and explained his situation, they just replaced the remote 3 times, it never worked from the start. they didnt care because they got their money paid in full. He paid $1,100 for this bed and it doesnt move. My dad has had back surgeries so this bed wouldve benefited him tremendously. Sad to say he wasted his money. Thanks for nothing!

We purchased several pieces from RTG and Beverly was our very helpful (and patient) sales person. I made 4 trips in before I came up with my final decision on what would work best (lots of measuring). Bev was always so pleasant and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable of the extensive inventory and was able to answer all our questions. If you need furniture I recommend asking for her.

Horrible deliverly experience!! Long story but it took three days with everyone dropping the ball and throwing whoever they could under the bus and my husband taking three days vacation but I finally got my furniture!! ....and no I would not recommend to a friend!!!

Im a fan. Any store where you can walk in and say I want this room and walk out without paying a ton of money is good with me. When you catch a good sale its even better. I suggest this store first.

Terrible overrated Furniture, I spent $2500 on a sec sofa that has fell apart in less than a year! Do not waste your time or money on their cheap Chienese made crappy over priced furniture!

They were the most worst place to shop at..the drivers still cant find my house for delivery. And acted like it was my fault. I will never shop here again!!
