I bought from La-z-boy in Naperville store knowing they call them Made in USA. I dont think USA someone create this poor quality Sofa. I paid closed to $5k for two sofa and all my friends told me that I over paid and I said that is fine knowing it is Made in USA and great sofa. But it seems paying more does not get you all all good I guess. 1) Sofa with Wrong Middle Chair 2) Fabric all Loose 3) Sofa back is not evenly lined up We informed all these issues on day of delivery on Nov 11, but Even they are Made in USA company they dont service their own sofa and La-z-boy customer service personal said 3rd party will come after MONTH to inspect on Dec 3rd.. WOW.. 3rd Party take 5 days to deliver Picture to La-z-boy main office Then 4 more days for them to send it to local store…. I had thanksgiving and now Xmas gathering with broken sofa… Never buy from La-Z-Boy…. They are shame on Made in USA.

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS LAZY BOY. Poor customer service! I ordered furniture on 2/13 and was told 6-8 weeks by THEIR SALESPERSON. Called at 6 weeks to find out when I could expect the furniture and was told it would be in THEIR warehouse until May 16...12 1/2 weeks after I ordered it. DJ the Store Manager, is completely unprofessional and does not know how to speak to customers that have spent their money on a product she represents. I went to Lazy Boy because of their quality reputation, but I will never visit them again. This is a buyer beware situation. If you want to wait for your furniture for months, then its ok. But if you want it in the time frame you were told when purchased, I would recommend another store.

This is by far the worst furniture outlet I have ever experienced. I am writing this from the store after circling around twice in the faces of all of the reps in the store and not one of them attended to the needs of myself or my wife. Utterly horrible service! Above that I walked in with another customer and she was greeted and we were not! Again horrible. Thankfully we didnt like the greasy looking leather products. Plz avoid. Many other stores that will attend to your needs!

Purchased a couch about a year ago, and its already sagging. Customer service provided us with new cushions, but that still hasnt solved the sagging springs. So much for the lay-z-boy guarantee. Such a shame as my family has been buying their furniture for 3 generations. This will certainly be the end of that. Now I need to find a furniture builder who can hopefully fix their shoddy workmanship.

We had ordered or set on black Friday. Originally the set came on damaged. They ordered us a new set. It is now February, dont have a set that is not damaged. On top of that, they have over charged us out credit card and refuse to help remove the charges. This place is a scam. The regional manager refuses to help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. YOULL REGRET IT.

The furniture and sales person was great. My negative comment is on customer service for delivery. We had furniture ready to be delivered and luckily I called both times to see if it was in. If you dont call, they wont call you either. Make sure to keep on top of them
