The sales people were nice but their merchandise is garbage.. Im a big guy, over 300 lbs.. they sold me a temperpedic mattress and a cheap box spring.. the mattress is not mean for big people and I sank right down to the crappy boxspring which broke, they gave me another and I had to pay for the bed stand upgrade, and the metal rings in the new one started jabbing me In the back.. I set aside the mattress and have been sleeping on the floor for a month now.. these people keep saying theyre going to do something about it but now they wont return my calls.. I will never buy any products from this company again, let alone this location...

The gentleman (Steve) was awesome. He listened to our needs and helped us choose the mattress that we wanted. He did a great job, no pressure and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Very friendly and kind.
