I bought a 2013 Lexus ES 350 from Elite Auto June 10,2017. I now realize they know nothing about the cars they are selling. Or at least if they know a car has damage or needs repairs they will not disclose it to a buyer. It apparently is up to a buyer to discover everything about the car on their own. They dont go on test drives with you or even do a walk around to see that things are in working order. They did pay for the leather on the back seat to be replaced. Not that they could say why the seat was so worn. Once I got the car back from that repair I could see that the seat belt was damaged. Both the strap and closure were chewed on by what appears to be a dog. Once that became apparent I noticed the rear door panels also had damage from the dog. Eddie told me "No one will be riding back there anyway." He WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE SEATBELT TO BE REPLACED. I dont know how in good conscious he can sell a car with failing safety issues. There were other strange issues in dealing with Eddie and Jeb that were less than straight up or really honest. If I had known these things beforehand I certainly would not have purchased a car from Elite Auto... BUYER BEWARE!!

I have crappy credit, but had money and needed a good family car. My wife called them and told them I was coming. I got there, they already knew who I was, what my credit was like, and still treated me with the utmost respect. I fell in love with an 09 Hyundai Sante Fe, but it was at the high end of my budget. Due to my credit, the only lender who was willing to work with me demanded a high down payment, and high interest rate, which put the great family car just out of reach. I had to come up past my comfort zone on down payment, but they went to bat for me and dropped price by over $1600 on a $9000 car, just because they knew I needed a quality family car. I drove away that day in a car i love! Henry Bacon was a great guy, and I would recommend them to others. Naturally, one must pick a vehicle known for reliability, because the dealership is not able to make a car new again, so its hard to place blame on them for a car having issues 4 months later. Be smart, do your research, then visit these guys.

Bought a truck from them. There "auto detailing team" basically just power washed the engine block hiding any forms of leaks and spray painted the whole undercarriage of the vehicle black trying to hide body rust. they even spray painted over my shock absorbers particularly ruining them. Not only that but I bought a powertrain warranty for almost 3grand more just to have them take there sweet time trying to fix any problem that would fall under the warranty. I bought the truck with a bent axle and it took them almost 4 days of me driving around on it until they sent me to 3 different shops to have a very simple fix done. Not only this but I bought the truck throwing a check engine code and they have yet to even try and fix the MAP senser and the exhaust leak THAT ALL CAME WITH THE TRUCK WHEN I BOIGHT IT. Overpriced, pushy, and extremely jewish when it comes to them spending the little amount of money on a coustomer who just spent well over 20 grand. Shady people.

Update: Got a call back finally. Only after leaving this review though. Now waiting for call back from manager. Apparently the tire issue is my "personal problem". All they are interested in is money owed to them. I still owe them $500 for part of the loan they covered. Tried to convince me they lost money on the car they sold me. We will see how this next call goes. If it happens at all. Not pleased at all with how Im being treated. Very poor customer service. Bought a car in November. Have called twice now about issues and have been told they would call me back. 2 weeks later still have not returned my call. Tires were doctored up to look new and was told they we almost new. After a good washing of the car, they are weather cracked and need replaced to make the car safe to drive.

Went to look at a Jeep for my nephew. After test drive had concerns about rust and noise from rear axle. Salesman said rust was normal wear and tear. Tried to get nephew a loan on it, went back and forth, about whether he needed cosigner or he could get it on his own. Had Jeep looked at by mechanic, told it covered in rust underneath, had to have been setting in water. Probably a flood vehicle, plus rear axle and oil cooler line were leaking. Dont go here for a car.

I found a car on their website and called with tons of questions. They told me they could "prequalified" us with a little information. I was sure it was NOT going to work out. I got a call a few hours later that they had a deal they wanted to offer. And it was one we couldnt refuse. They had such great customer service and actually cared about the sale. 5 stars!!

When I first came to Elite Auto they did not have the truck I was looking for. I told them what I wanted and in no time they found what I wanted and had it on their lot. They made financing fast and easy but were able to answer all my questions as well. It was a great experience and will definitely go back the next time I need a car!

Nice salesman, regrettably he was very unfamiliar with the products. Regardless, most of the trucks undercarriages were painted. Drip marks in multiple places led one to think it was done by a rattle-can. Severe rust on a majority of the undercarriages, drive lines had been just pained over. Typical auction lot.

bought a bmw from there.. they dont walk the lot so most of the cars are in poor shape and not in any show form. after having my car for a month needed some work and claimed valve cover gaskets doesnt count as part of the free warranty. watch yourselves pretty shady once they sell you the car.

What a great place. Worked with Zeb who did an outstanding job. He didnt give me the typical over bearing car salesman feel. The finance manager was great as well. It was honestly the smoothest car buying experience. I would recommend Zeb and Elite Autos to anyone who is looking for a car. A+

Thank you Zeb at Elite for getting us in and out with the car we wanted at the price we wanted to spend. Your team worked together with no hassle and no pressure. Keeping it real. You helped us end two weeks of hell surviving with only one car.
