We had an early morning weekend appointment that started out great with lots of promise. We looked at a couple of different vehicles and decided on one to look into financing. After an hour or so of back and forth with a bank, we were approved and got the terms we needed. We provided every document requested within 5 minutes and thought we had everything good to go. And there we sat for about 2 hours and watched many other people that had arrived after us leave. Finally just as we were about to say forget the deal and leave, we were stopped by our salesman and explained that due to an error on their end that our financing could not happen as we had just agreed to. Turns out a single digit had been fat-fingered which then caused the trade-in value to vary by about $3K. By this point, we had been at the dealership for about 7.5 hours after driving 2.5 to get there, paid our down payment, transferred insurance and had done everything we were asked to do. The team was so confident that they could get the deal done at the same if not better terms, that they drew up a conditional sales contract and sent us home with the vehicle. Seemed logical enough since it was not an error on our part that it would come down to either the bank accepted the new finance amount or the dealership would have to compensate for the discrepancy to keep the deal solid. So, in good faith, we went with it. When we did not hear anything on Monday morning but noticed our credit had been run multiple times during the mid-afternoon point, I called and was told that they were working on the deal to get the bank to accept the new terms. I volunteered to bring the vehicle back and to get our vehicle back if the trade was not going to happen. I was told to give them until the next day and they would be in contact with me early in the day so I could plan if I needed to drive the 2.5 hours to Wichita. Tuesday morning started with my husband contacting the salesman to ask for an update. He was told each time he contacted hours apart that they were working on it. After about the 10th time our credit had been run, my patience were very thin. When I did not hear back from the dealership by the time I got off work at 5pm, I called. At this point, I was told that the best they could offer was $100+ above our original agreed upon payment/month and a year shorter on the term. I then stated that we would not be doing that and that I would be coming to get our vehicle or they could meet me half way. Zach then stated that he would have to see what he could do to have someone meet me and said he would call me right back. Within 10 minutes, he called me back and said he had some news: our vehicle that we traded had already been picked up by transport. I told him he needed to figure out if I could get it today or not. Long story short, I ended driving half way to up meeting with the transport gentleman to get our vehicle back and gave him the keys to the vehicle we had intended to purchase. I had to call Zach back after we were done and get our money refunded to our cards, which will take a few to days to come back to us. I now have a vehicle payment due in 4 days that I did not expect to have to make and funds that I am waiting on to come back to me. This was supposed to be a process where buying a car didnt have to suck but this experience was the worst I think Ive had in a car buying situation.

If I had to give these guys a rating, it wouldnt even be a 1/4th of a star just to start a couple years ago I called and asked for something and this was before they had an answering service well the lady that answered was really rude I told myself that point forward Id never look there for a car at Super car guys. Well so time has passed and about a year a go I heard my boss talk about how she bought her car at Super car guys and the guy she worked with was really nice moving on i was involved in a accident and I had been looking for a car of my taste she changed my perspective on super car guys so I took a chance and looked online cause knowing dealerships they will keep you till they have sold you to something, well It turned out that they did have something I adored I went there wanting that one specific car I tried to cut a deal for it and they told me they couldnt cause they were not commission how ever they only cut it 1000$ I stated to feel the anxiety and I knew I couldnt afford it. So we went with the same type of car just w less leisure details and more miles ofcourse. The car I settled for is my favorite color and its the car I wanted, its was cheap I was really happy! So the time comes where I have to go renew my tags and I have to get my car inspected because its an out of state title well come to find out my Vin number on my windshield was not straight so my car didnt pass the inspection si I went back to car guys and informed them of what I was going through they provided me with a rental because it was theyre fault they didnt inspect the vehicle before it made it to the lot. Also I told them and constantly told them that one of my passenger doors werent shutting correctly on my car horrible customer service I always had to call them and they always said we will call you back never did. So when I got the rental I told them if they would fix the issue I had with my car like the passenger door, the visor, the windshield being chipped in 2 places, the handle to the adjustment of my seat, so finaly after 2 months of constant phone calls and lies of when they would have my car ready it was time to get my car back and finally I can have it, I went to go pick it up and guess what! They didnt even fix anything and I informed them again! They put a "patch" on my windshield and they put several dents in my passenger door saying that they couldnt do anything about it also after they told me they could and to top it off they tell me that the door is a replacement like why isnt THAT on your car fax you provided to me!!! I am just now writing this cause now that same passenger door is making the same noise of the car that I was in wreck. It sound horrible! "Yeah guys they dont make commission" "they make commission on how many cars they sale" THATS COMMISSION!!!! I POST THIS TO PREVENT ANYONE FROM GOING THROUGH EVERYTHING I WENT THROUGH!

Absolute WORST car dealership to buy from EVER! I got the car, and 2 days later had to take it in to get it repaired (I thought the transmission was going out). Come to find out it was a $700 part (keep in mind all this stuff was still under my warranty). And then, 2 weeks after that all my lights started coming on and I had stopped at my job interview. Came back out, popped the hood, there was OIL IN MY COOLANT! So I drove it STRAIGHT to them (they tried to blame me that I was driving around with it like that when it reality the minute I saw the lights come on I went back to them. The oil light was on, coolant light, service engine soon, etc). So they replace the engine with a CRACKED one from a JUNK YARD! I even had trouble getting a loaner when my engine went in to be replaced. A single mom with no car, work, and a job interview lined up with no car costed me a lot for gas and I had to STRUGGLE to find a ride. Mike Williams was absolutely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL saying "Oh I can find rides when Im in that situation." Well GOOD FOR YOU because I cant just find rides like you can! Theres words I would like to use for him that I dont want to put on this review, but lets just say hes a terrible person. So I had to threaten to call a lawyer in order for them to buy my car back, because we all know dealerships dont like dealing with lawyers especially when THEY are in the wrong. Not only did this happen to me, but a few people I know as well. I had to tell 1 of them to threaten them with a lawyer in order for them to buy HER car back too. They like to take advantage of women and they also dont check their cars before sale. Oh, and by the way, when I asked Trish for a copy of the proof of the "new" engine having a 12 month 12,000 warranty and she said yes I will email and copy and put a copy in the mail, SHE NEVER DID because they are shady and hide things. Ive turned them in to BBB and done what I needed to to get away from them. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
