I searched online for months for exactly the car I wanted, and it just so happened that these guys had it, a white 07 Honda Pilot with some whistles and bells. When I test drove it, he let me put the 2 car seats in the back so the whole fam could ride. He was not pushy at all. He didnt call me later to follow up why I didnt buy it immediately. He just let me think about it, and I did for a month. After I had bought it and drove it home it had a problem, and here is where they earned this good review. It started to just totally die on me. Everything, interior lights, gadgets, engine, everything would just die and then immediately come alive again. So it was a serious problem; just imagine my little wife losing power on the freeway and no longer having power steering or brakes. Anyway I called JB and he said bring it in. They took it to their mechanic and had it fixed, free of charge (corroted battery cable was replaced). I had bought it with no warranty, and they were under no obligation to do this, but they did it just to do business the right way. I paid a fair price, not a ridiculously low one, but a reasonable, fair one. I was not pushed. I was able to put all the kids in the car for a test drive, carseats and all. (They will probably let you even take a car home if you want to test it). They took care of me and backed up their car when it let me down.

I submitted a application and received a call from a guy at 1st place auto first off he said he wasnt a salesman and hes very straight forward its a difference between being straight forward and being rude he goes on to tell me about my application and how he like my job stability but dont like my credit Im aware that I have blemishes on my credit thats why i contacting 1st place auto because their ad say they work with all kind of credit so this guy goes on to read out what i have on my credit and telling me that a lot of car lots ran my credit Im fully aware of that because Im looking for a car, I explained to him that i just bought a car and somebody hit it and total it out 5 days after i got it.. The way this man talked to me was ridiculous and degrading calling customers "dude" is not professional the whole conversation wasnt professional!and he tells me he dont like my application that much to work with me! I have money to put down $10,000 if i wanted to I was in a car accident that wasnt my fault so yea i have money to put down! but after the conversation Ill take my business else where.

no i went and sat there for two hours ben told me i was approved i signed all the paperwork and paid the down payment test drove the car then the dude sitting next to him with the we buying a car not a tv be patient i started to go off but it wasntt worth it then they try to get you leave good feedback before you leave why you sit there they lied to me on the phone then after driving almost a hour to get there thinking it would be simple i so i wasted 3 hours on 1stplaceauto... THE DEALER SHIP SUCKS ASSSSSSS......... YEA AND ACE IS REALLY A RUDE ARROGANT ASS.... HE DONT GIVE A DAMN BOUT CUSTOMERS... THEY SHOULD GIVE BEN HIS JOB EVEN THO IT DIDNT GO RIGHT... YOU CAN TELL BEN FELT BAD BUT ACE.... LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Alex made my experience awesome from start to finish. I got 90% of the things taken care of before I went in and I knew I was approved before I arrived. Being I am self employed it was hard finding a car lot that was willing to give me a chance, but I took all my business records in that I had was very direct with sharing my information, and whatever they needed and they did the same with me as well. He wasnt pushy, didnt say what he could do just to get me in. He did exactly what they advertise. the down payment was exactly what they said and it was a great experience. He rewashed the car for me, filled the tank up as well and made the experience great. I def will recommend anybody check them out. Ask for Alex

My husband and I just purchased our car on Saturday! The process was so smooth and so calm. Alex and Allen were super awesome! They helped us move quickly, they helped us with our down payment! We have payments that are easy with our budget... We highly recommend 1st Place Auto as a place to to get your next car . We plan on using them in the future, when our children are old enough to drive and be responsible for a car. Their prices are very reasonable and the vehicles are in excellent condition .
