We came to Davis Moore after a lousy experience at Eddys Dodge. When we arrived we met with Carl (Master Sales Consultant) and Jordan (Sales Mgr.). We knew exactly what we wanted, so I told them and we got right to business. While they didnt have exactly what we wanted, they went right to work searching out possibilities. Unlike Eddys they didnt make promises, but were very up front about the lack of exact matches in the region, but said theyd keep looking. They kept me well informed and showed me some possibles, but we chose to pass. It was during this search that, for the first time ever while buying a car, I heard these words said to me: "I understand and appreciate what you want, so thats what well get for you." As the purchaser, it was incredible to hear that. Usually youre pushed into something else one way or another when they cant find what you want. Very refreshing! Long story short, after all was said and done, we drove home in our new Durango. The entire experience was professional and low pressure. Carl and Jordan both took great care of us, and Jordans initial offer on the deal was SO much better than Eddys. I didnt even care to haggle; I was happy. We met with Satya to sign the paperwork. He, too, made the experience very comfortable, and really didnt push us either way on the warranties/GAP, etc. He let us make our own decisions. When we got in the Durango, Carl was right there with us to get our phones connected to the Bluetooth, show us the NAV/Sirius features, etc. I only wish I would have come to Davis Moore in the first place, but they will certainly be the first stop when our next purchase comes up.

This was absolutely one of the best new car experiences I have had in my adult life. Ram Trucks have really pulled ahead of Chevrolet and Ford in the 1/2 ton truck market. The ride of this truck is exceptional! The amount of features you get for your money is unbelievable. Would I buy another vehicle from Davis Moore Dodge? Yes I would and I have told many of my friends about my positive experience at the dealership. Everyone I came in to contact with at the dealership were very nice and courteous. Jordan Bishop helped me in purchasing my new truck. It was nice to tell him what I was looking for and him finding the right one for me immediately. I wasnt run around to several trucks and different price ranges and the normal crap that goes on at some of the other car lots in town. I was pointed to a white 4x4 Sport crew cab truck and immediately loved it. When I finally returned with the truck we went right to making a deal. I was able to get the accessories that I wanted without having to take my truck anywhere else. If Mopar didnt have the accessory Jordan knew who to call to make sure I got what I wanted. He is buy far and away very knowledgeable about the Ram trucks and asked me enough questions without being pushy to find out exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be visiting with him again when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Thanks again for all your help Jordan in making my car experience one that I will remember for a long time to come.

Just wanted to thank all the fine people I worked with the past 2 weeks in my search for the right truck for my needs that worked in my budget. I know I wore you guys out but you hung with me and now I have a choice 2010 RAM 2500 that is perfect for me. Kim and I have been longtime customers and we always get the right deal at Davis Moore!! Thanks to Jordan Bishop and Nathan Bailey at The New Truck store for your efforts on the new Cummins. I wish I could have bought one but my budget wouldnt stretch that far. Both of you are first class!! Now on to the 5505 lot and Kyle Berry. My friend I gotta say you are a patient man and I know I tested you in many ways, but being in the car biz for years myself I have to say you did GREAT and Davis Moore is a better place with you there!! Thx for your understanding and putting up with my hardcore sense of humor. We have bought 2 from you now and Love them both. Finally Mr. Sean Tarbill without your help on my trade and quick response to my call im sure the killer truck in my garage would not be there. Weve taken several vehicles to this place for service for years. We usually purchase the oil change package deal because we used to have confidence in their quality work and it lowered each oil change to a very economical price. The past 3 times we have taken vehicles in for an oil change, the fluids were not topped off in the vehicles were not vacuumed, as stated in the details of the purchase. Today, we needed an oil change before hitting the road. While removing the oil filter, somehow the oil filter housing was broken, or an oil pressure sensor was broken. As much as I know about cars that almost means the same thing? We were told it would cost us $300 to repair.... it is so disappointing to hear that we get to pay for something we did not break. It was not a "normal wear and tear" sort of issue; it happened only because of the work they were doing! Lesson learned. Any recommendations for a good honest service station?

Tim Kristek was excellent to work with. There was no pressure at all to purchase a new vehicle. He answered any questions we had, let us test dirve 3 different vehicles and understood when we didnt like one of them. He gave us great service and at the end of the day we drove home in a new 2013 Durango. We are very pleased with our experience not only with Tim but with Davis-Moore as well. We had gone to another dealership that was in our town and got nothing but pressure to purchase right then and there. Also, we werent allowed to test drive on our own, we had to have a salesperson with us, we did not like that at all! Davis-Moore TRUSTED us to take a test drive on our own for as long as we wanted. We were die hard Chevrolet people but now, we are considering trading in our Silverado for a new Ram. Davis-Moore is the way to go and if you want a NO pressure sale, ask for Tim Kristek!

these people are terrible! i worked with some african american guy named michael. i believe he was out of the "fiat" building or something. but i sat down with him, ran my credit score, figuring out payments while they appraised my car and then Michael AND his boss both told me that they couldnt give me the appraisal on my car until i purchased theirs. HUH? WHAT? not how this works! i think they figured i was a young female and they could abuse that. how unprofessional, unethical and scandalous for you all do try and pull that on me! i immediately left after they told me they couldnt give me an estimate on my car until i purchased theirs. then michael and the same boss were blowing mine and my husbands phone up trying to get us to come back and purchase the jeep! you guys are ALL crooks!
