I financed a vehicle thru paccos, which has been the worst mistake of my life. Dont get me wrong when I first went looking for a car the staff was friendly but after signing the contract is where comes the bad experience comes in. Not even 2 months into the loan the truck breaks down. So we call paccos, they agreed to take it to their mechanic shop, come to find out the truck had more then just one problem! We were told we would have to pay over $400 out of pocket, which I personally think is ridiculous since Im already paying for the truck thats broke down, & now they want me to pay $400 out of pocket on a vehicle that still has warranty. It took me over a month to finally come to an agreement with paccos to get my vehicle fixed. But this isnt the worst part, I cosigned the truck for my mom, paccos offeres an insurance to protect the truck if it was ever totaled they would be cover, so my mom decided to get that insurance just in the mean time so she could get the money for her personal insurance on the truck. Several months later my mom gets her own insurance but comes to find out she was still getting charged paccos insurance because I myself was not on the insurance but that I was on the car note, so that I needed to be on insurance myself so that charge of insurance wouldnt be charged. I dont touch my moms truck not to even drive up or down the drive way. I got two 3 other auto loans and none of the 3 banks that I have my financed have said anything about my cosigner having to be on my insurance as well & ive had my other car notes way longer than paccos. So over if it was up to me, I wouldnt not be getting any other loans from paccos, and would not recommend them to anyone, because its been a waist of them and a bad impact on my credit score.

First time buying my very own car with Paaco and they are the worst! They have screwed me over more times than one. First of all the price was overly priced and I should have known better, but I didnt. They saw me coming and took advantage. My car payments are ridiculous and few months after having it Ive had so many problems with my car and nobody has even tried to help! My paint on my front bumper is completely peelin off and this started last year in October. Two months after buying the car! I have not done anything to this car, but take care of it and you guys have done nothing to help me out. Im so far upside down I cant even get out of this car. So I am now screwed because of yall and Im sure you just love getting all this money! Crooks.

I give it a 0 but unfortunately they dont allow you to. The people customer service people are rude. And they dont know how to run a business. I mean come on what car dealership doesnt have the codes to the cars that they are selling. My boyfriend bought a car from their and they dont even have the code to give him then they lady got mad and hung up in my face. And the staff isnt friendly i dont care what people say all they do is scam you with over priced cars that arent even worth the price you paid for. I dont recomand anyone going to this place.

Wish I could give 0 stars took 3 months to get the plates and they WILL NOT work with you if you fall behind and try catching up all they want is to get the vehicle back so they can sell it to some other sucker,tried making a payment up but they will not take partial payment was told it was all or nothing, pissed on them they can have the pile of crap no more business from me and I will not recommend to anyone else ever.

If I could give them no stars I would!! They are rude and ignorant. I had one repair bill with them and when I went to pay it, they put all the money onto my car note. Then they threatened to repo my car because they said I didnt pay the repair bill. The girls in the office are constantly snarky and rude and have bad attitudes. The second I pay this car off Im trading it in and going to a more professional establishment.

The absolute worst place to ever purchase a car from. They never work with you on your payments and try to tell you that you owe them more money because supposedly you got three paychecks in one month. The people at the call center are very rude and have no customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone! If I could give zero stars I would. Ill be contacting my lawyer too see what my options are.

Dnt ever buy a car from these ass holes.. Dnt ever have any dealings with these ass holes. Dnt ever refer someone to these ass holes.. Point blank rate # 1 as the worst place to buy a car in waco.. They seem friendly and honest but thats a front.. Be aware/ warned dnt buy from PAACO. Especially the dealership in Waco, Tx.

Yes they help u in getting a car with no credit check but slap a high interest rate with weekly payments. Also try to trick u with ur payments so keep up with ur reciepts! If u r late one payment they r calling u all day the next day threatening to repo your vehicle, things that banks dont even do....

If buy a car from and you return it or get it repoed they tell you that you cant ever get another one from them they dont care what happened to cause you to not be able to pay they are rude and cold hearted I would rate them zero stars
