Just something everyone should know about Ness Auto Sale if you ever decide to buy a car make sure to know where you going and buying ..."Worst customer experience ever, terrible communication ,I have communicated on the phone and through emails with John and Saturday we went in and looked into a car and told Donnie (other guy)that we communicated with John and we want it and we will go to the bank right after that and will come back Monday morning and get the car after meeting the loan officer, unfortunately bank had no loan officer until Monday morning but they told us everything is ok and we should be ok ,So I called Donnie right after that and he kept asking for deposit on few occasions and my husband thought was kind of weird since we were financing through the bank ..So by Monday morning after call from bank and when we called Donnie back and said everything worked out well and that we would like to come in and finalize the purchase he told us he sold the car to someone else even thou we confirmed we want to purchase the car , so his excuse was that wouldn’t give him deposit even thou we had agreement with his manager or coworker , also he wouldnt put me through Managers voicemail nor give me his cell phone number ...so there you go ,that’s how much their word is worth , I would never ever recommend them to anyone nor ever bye car from them even if they were last on earth after such terrible experience and disappointment we had to go through.

Great place to buy your next vehicle. Jon is a great salesman there and if he doesnt have the car you want, he will do his best to find you one. I know finding an honest car dealership these days is tough, but I have personally vouched for Jon and Ness Auto for numerous friends and family members. Note: If you go there, talk to Jon and tell him Curtis Ness referred you. I get nothing from this, but its nice to hear from them that I helped someone get into a nice car.
