I needed to get an issues with my Kia Sportage diagnosed so I went to Lunde Auto Center. They would not look at my vehicle without an appointment. I have had other vehicles into other dealerships and they always diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an estimate so I could make a decision on what to do. Lunde then told me that I could leave my car there all day and they would look at it when they could get to it. If I would have planned to be without a car all day that would be one thing, but I had appointments all afternoon and am sure that their driver would not have like to be my personal driver all day. So I called the Kia dealership up in Grand Forks and they told me to come up Saturday and they would diagnose my car when I got it up there. No appointment necessary to get you vehicle diagnosed. They were very nice and understanding on the phone. So from now on I will drive my Kia all the way up to Grand Forks to have work done on it so I dont have to deal with the jerks at Lunde Auto Center in Fargo. If you dont have time to talk to me I dont have time to do business with you. And I will be telling everyone I know around not to even bother stopping by.

We have always had nothing but an amazing experience with Kia of Fargo and Lunde. Most recently we purchased a vehicle from them. Never once did we have a pushy sales experience. The sales person let me test drive multiple cars and would call me when a model I wanted came in. I didnt get pushed and when they had the one I wanted we worked on a deal and completed it within a short time. I completed a purchase and walked away with a car in less time it took me to sign lease papers at Corwin, even when I had a pre-set appointment. Everyone we worked with, sales person, manager and finance manager were down to earth, easy to talk to and the exact opposite of any dealership I have ever worked with. My experience was even awesome picking up my floor mats next door at Lunde. My husband even brought his Dodge truck there the next day for an oil change because we were so happy with how they handled their customers. Best car buying experience of my life, and I buy a lot of cars. :)

I have now purchased two vehicles from Lunde Auto Center and have nothing but excellent things to say about the entire staff and the service, as well as the vehicles we drive (Mazda & Kia). Recently my husband and I were looking to upgrade to more of a family car, but we both had different ideas on what we wanted. It took us a few weeks to narrow down the choices, occasionally getting frustrated with each other, yet everyone we worked with was so patient and professional through the process. We worked with Alex, Joe & Jared throughout several weeks and each time they were professional, very knowledgeable and genuine. They made us feel comfortable in our purchase and we would go back to them again and again because at Lunde theyre not just about selling cars, theyre about customer service and satisfaction! Thank you to everyone at Lunde, well be back!

First of all I would like to say that Tom M of Lunde Auto Center went above and beyond, to higher standard than most dealers can,t even touch the salesmanship, professional attitude and the dealership itself was simply amazing Picking up my son at the airport and making sure he was at a classy hotel and taking care of all his needs even after he purchased the Mazda 6. Knowing that my son was 15 hours away and traveling to Lunde Auto Center, it would have be easy to not care or be professional. They went way beyond the standard in customer care!!! I give Lunde Auto Center an: A++++ Thank You Tom M!!!! Thank you and if anyone needs an Auto Dealer that will make sure to welcome you and care for your needs - Lunde Auto Center in Fargo ND is where you need to go.

I found myself in the market for a car two weeks before Christmas a little stressed out and overwhelmed. I went to Lunde right away because they are somewhere I trust. I started my search out having no idea of what I wanted to go with. Tom Minske was a huge help and made the process easy on me. Not only did he help to lay out my options rather than pressure me, but he let me take my time to find a car I would be able to afford, feel safe in, and love. I was even able to test drive the car I loved and have it checked out by my own shop. It was easy to feel confident in my decision and proud of the car I own. I would recommend Tom 10000% and feel completely comfortable knowing he would take care of any friends I send his way!

I initially emailed for info on a Kia Soul at Lunde, and Beth got back to me almost immediately! She was very helpful. Upon arrival at the dealership (on a whim) Kevin happened to greet us at the door. He was very laid back and definitely not your typical, pushy salesperson; much to our surprise, hes actually a really nice guy! The Kia we test drove didnt really suit us, so Kevin took the time to help us find something in our price range that we liked a lot. Everything was done and final within a week or so; communication was great. My husband is very pleased with his new-to-us Impala! And were hoping to be able to do business with Lunde in the future!

I called for an appointment to test drive a Kia Sorento and was promptly greeted on arrival by salesman Billy Wischnak. Billy arranged a test drive of V-6 Sorento and an appraisal of our potential trade-in. In short order Billy and his manager returned and we negotiated a trade-in offer in a brief stress-free environment.Kia Motors Finance approved our loan application within minutes and we completed our contract in the business office.Billy drove our new Kia to our residence after a hitch was installed and reviewed the operating features of our Sorento.Every step in the sales process and follow-up has been courteous and professional .

After being to several GM dealerships while it was under manufacturers warranty, I took my Chevy Cruze to Lunde to no avail. Within an hour, they figured out the problem and came up with solutions. They worked directly with my warranty provider, so all I had to do was pick it up! Very friendly, courteous, and quick! To top it all off, they cleaned my car! They do seriously good work and have made me a customer that will come back anytime my car needs anything. Since moving to Fargo from a small town, Ive missed the knowing that you can trust the guys who work on your car - Lunde has renewed that trust! Thanks, Lunde! -Max

Engine problems are always frustrating. Luckily for me, the service department at Lunde Auto took great care of me from tow to go recently. They searched for parts and completed the service efficiently. The car was returned cleaner than when I left it. They explained what needed to be done and then accomplished this task. They even provided a car for me to drive in the interim. I thought I was receiving special treatment until I talked to several others who have had the same experience. Because I appreciate the customer service and quality repair work, I will definitely return when my car needs attention.
