This place is an absolute scam. Not only do they overprice their vehicles, but they sell people vehicles that dont work. I will gladly admit, that I was an idiot when I made this purchase. I asked for a carfax, and they didnt give me one. They said "a carfax isnt necessary. This vehicle is in great condition". I being a desperate mom at the time, disregarded it and brought it anyway. I paid $6995 for a vehicle that was only worth $3800 at the time (I later found out). I have had constant problems with this vehicle. Funny how none of them started until almost 3 months after I drove it off the lot...right after the amount of time for it to be considered a lemon. Ive had a change the transmission. Ive had to change shocks and struts. Ive had to change the starter, as well as countless other things in this vehicle. They blamed these things on me. How can that be? Im a struggling mother who works very hard to provide for her family. There are so many idiots driving everyday. I make sure to drive carefully. I treat the vehicle like I want to be treated. Gentle. Easy. Smooth. If I drive like this, there is no way I can be the cause of the issues this vehicle is having. Its just not fair what theyre doing to me and my family. Its downright wrong. The amount of money I have poured into this vehicle is now more than the vehicle is worth. Im making payments on a vehicle every month that isnt reliable for my family. Right now its sitting in a parking lot because something else broke and I have no idea whats wrong with it. Charen Auto wont let me give them back the car. They threatened to sue me if I even try. Im a mother at the end of my rope. Im waiting for a lawyer to get back to me with further actions I can take. PLEASE take my warning and stay far, far, FAR away from these people. They do NOT care about you and if given the chance, will screw you out of everything you have. Dont let your bad credit force you into buying a vehicle from these people. Save up your money for a little longer and purchase from a reputable dealer. Kelly Blue Book the vehicle you are considering and see what its Fair Market Value is. Do your homework. But whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from these people. You and your family will regret it. Thank you for reading this.

Worst car experience I have ever got. The transmission went out within the first month of owning the car. Then the heating and cooling system went out a few months later. My front break system locked up and I had to replace everything with the breaks. Now the transmission is going out again not even a full year later. Plus he sold my brother in law a vehicle and the motor blew within not even the first month as well.

Cons theifs and say theyll work with you but make a joke out of it repo and try to make it hard to trade in for something else. Dont waste your time or money trying to deal with there in house financing better off going else where.
