For the record, I wasnt completely happy with my first experience but they gave me a free oil change in exchange for a good review so hey... But this time, they went above and beyond and I dont care what they give me at this point... I initially came in for AN APPRAISAL ONLY... I knew I didnt have the best credit... Didnt have money for a down payment.. I wanted a Challenger...And I was upside down on my car... I knew that wasnt going to happen and I expressed that to the reps. My keys and I were held hostage just to get me to run my credit and act like they could make it work. After I spent the whole day up there and told then that I had to pick my son up and come back, I was told they were going to get the challenger detailed and gassed up and pulled to the front like it was a done deal and I just needed to sign paperwork. I go get my son, clean out my car and drive back up there just for them to tell me a deal had not been worked out (something that could have been done over the phone) and it would be ready the next day. I provided the info they asked for and no one contacted me back for days after I made several attempts to contact them... I was over it... They called me back and told me they could work something out. I specifically stated if I could not get the Challenger I did not want to do business with them, yet they assured me I could get the CHALLENGER. I went back up there to be told I indeed could NOT get the challenger but to pick from a specific set of cars and we would be good. I was told that the car I picked was in the category I should have been looking in and I still did not have to make a down payment. Then I was told I had to come up with $1500. I paid $600 on the spot and had a friend bring the remaining balance the same night and I was told they couldnt accept the check. So I had to come back with the cash and spend even more time in there just to be told they couldnt take that either because it was after 5. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDNT GET OFF UNTIL 5. I ALSO ASKED IF THE DEAL WAS WORKED OUT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT ANY SURPRISES and I was told me everything was good and I just needed to do more paperwork. Then... I had to TAKE OFF OF WORK to come in and "make the payment" before 5 just to have a car (that I didnt EVEN WANT) taken away from me after a week with it. I was told not to pay my car note and I DIDNT PAY MY CAR NOTE AND I cant get the refund as fast as they took it! Other than the fact that this is downright EMBARRASSING and MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY damaging.. THE SALES MANAGER HAD NO REGARD FOR MY FEELINGS OR THE SITUATION THAT THEY put me in. He told me he was tired of pulling out his hair and beating himself up trying to make a deal work but there was no way he could and there wasnt anything else he could offer me unless I had a co signer. After I politely expressed my displeasure with the service I had been given, he made a smart comment about letting the bank know that I was unhappy. It was very rude and belittling. I told them my story up front and they begged ME to let them mess over me. No one took ownership of the problems I had with the dealership and kept trying to blame the bank. I am okay with not being approved. I didnt want a new car anyway; they forced me into that. But to lie to me, take my money, not accept the difference in payment, allow me to drive a car for a week, make me take off of work to make the payment just to trick me to come in so that yall could confiscate the car... THAT IS NOT OKAY! After all of that, as a company, they should have just took the loss on my trade in and made it work just to compensate me for all of the stress they put me through DAY after DAY. But no.. They thought it was smart to try and contact me as soon as I left to offer me ANOTHER CAR THAT I DONT WANT... FOR EVEN MORE MONEY!!!

My husband and I had a horrible experience with this dealership this weekend. First, we went on Thursday, July 3rd, to test drive the Hyudnai Elantra. We loved it. Denise, our saleswoman seemed very nice and professional, and even identified a rebate that I qualified for without me asking. We told her that the price online that brought us in was 13,595 (5,570 discount off msrp), and we were looking for 3,000 for our trade-in. Note: on the website it listed the "*Discount" as $5,570, and the "Sale Price" as $13,595. The next day we came back, and they lost our information, so we had to go through everything again. To make a long story short, 3.5 hours in to our 2nd visit they tell us that the discounted price online is actually due to $3900 in available rebates for which you have to qualify and only $1670 was an acutal discount, so the price went up to just over 17 grand, plus a $1250 security package that they failed to mention came with every car and was not optional, bringing our total before taxes and fees to $18,345. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING, RIGHT? No, not kidding. Oh, and remember that trade-in we wanted $3,000 for? $50. Yes, youre reading correctly - THEY OFFERED US $50 FOR OUR TRADE-IN. Back to the online price: There was absolutely no clear indication the the "Discount" were rebates and discounts combined. After arguing with the Finance Manager for 30 minutes about truth-in advertising requirments, he offered to take $500 more off the price. We considered it briefly because it made it just under what we were offered for the Toyota Corrolla at another dealership. I assure you, we only considered it out of sheer exhaustion and at the loathing thought of having wasted 4 hours at this place on the 4th of July. Im happy to report, we did not make a deal with this crooked dealership, and we are reporting them to the FTC. On their website, I see that they just made a change to cover themselves, but we took screenshots of the website the day it happened. They now list what said "Discount" as "Available Savings." And the cherry on top: while they had our car in their shop to appraise it, they took pins out of the the lining in the trunk, and didnt put them back in, so now our lining is hanging off. I cannot tell you why they would take them out in the first place, but they did. BEWARE OF ALLEN SAMUELS HYUNDAI FORT WORTH.

I was very pleased at first because I thought I got a great car for a great price and everyone was really nice. However Much of what I was told about the car was untrue. The truck had been repainted and not very well the clear coat was very thin on the hood and roof and there are several runs and fish eyes that clearly indicates it was not done at the factory. If this was the only problem I could have lived with it especially if they where up front about it and warned me to be very careful of the clear coat so I could have taken more preemptive action then only finding out about it after the clear coat already came off. However this was not the worst problem I faced a few months after buying the truck I discovered that all 4 ball joints where bad and someone had cut open the rubber boots on the ball joints and crammed it full of grease to hide the fact that the ball joints had gone bad. I was unable to prove that it was Allen Samuels that did this although I am shore it was. At the very least Allen Samuels either did not actually inspect the truck and just stuck an inspection sticker on it or they knew about the ball joints and still passed it. I asked 4 different local mechanics that I have known for years and trust if they would have passed this truck and they all said absolutely not. I also asked if it was possible that they went bad since I bought it and they all said no that the ball joints showed signs of long term ware from running with almost no grease and that that kind of ware would take a couple of years instead of a couple of months. Because the ball joints had been bad for quit a while several other parts needed to be replaced such as the tie rod ends and the like. All together it cost me 700 dollars to replace the bad ball joints on a truck I had only had a few months. You may not know this but if a ball joint breaks you loose the ability to control that wheel. Now since I had the possibility of any where from one to all four going out I was almost certain to wreck and seeing how I drive mostly interstate I had a very really possibility of dying. In my opinion this demonstrates that Allen Samuels cares more about making money then they do the lives of there customers. I will never buy from Allen Samuels again and erg everyone I know to never buy from them.
