As someone who hates car shopping (and car payments), I was more than reluctant to do any shopping at all. If it werent for my 11 year old car with over 230,000 miles on it falling apart, I wouldnt have done any shopping at all. After much online research and speaking with my bank, I decided I would give shopping for a car a chance and Im glad I did. The folks at Enterprise Car Sales went above and beyond the call of duty. Jasmyn was patient and understanding of every one of my concerns and answered each of my questions--even when she had to be brutally honest. I never felt like anyone in the office was pressuring me to buy. These fine folks made the process as easy as possible and even repaired something I found on the car AFTER THE DEAL WAS MADE when they could have shrugged their shoulders. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to Enterprise Car Sales and, once this car needs to be replaced, Ill be back.

Wow! What an AWESOME experience at the Enterprise in Arlington, TX located at 1108 E. Division Street. Richard Jernigan is the epitome of "Excellent Customer Service!" My car was hit by an 18-Wheeler Semi-Truck, and I needed a vehicle. Not to mention it was (2) days before Christmas Eve 2016. Rich and his staff were AWESOME! They were professional, kind and understanding of my needs. I can really appreciate this customer service, as a Principal at an Elementary School, I remind my staff on a daily "how" important customer service is, and how word of mouth is the best PR. It is unequivocally obvious that Rich has worked immensely with his staff, and they value the importance of stupendous Customer Service. It is really refreshing, especially when Customer Service is at an all time low in the 21st Century. Good Job Rich! Keep up the EXCELLENT Work! Ill see you at our Career Day 2017!

Helpful, reasonable price, polite. There was a deposit hold per Enterprise policy: $250 (released upon return of the $10,000 car). When I returned the car, they asked if I needed a ride to my home or car shop. Polite and concerned about me. :) *When I picked my car up, there was a customer who became very rude to the enterprise agents. The customer was upset about the deposit that is added to the initial charge (and is then returned in full upon receipt of the car without damage). The customer received multiple attempts of kind, informative Enterprise policy on the standard deposit charge. Despite the customers attempts to cause a scene, everyone remained very professional and even showed genuine interest that he would be able to get a ride since the store was closing soon and he wouldnt be renting a car.

The difference between buying a late model, used rental car here and buying a new car at a high pressure, high volume dealership is like night and day. You might get a great deal at the dealership, but itll take you all day to talk them down. Here the prices are take it or leave it, and thats that. The sales commission is per unit as opposed to a percentage of the price, so nobodys going to cajole you into buying more car than you want/need. Last but not least, the staff here are real friendly and knowledgeable about the whole sales process. Theyre extremely willing to help you every step of the way and they get things done in a timely fashion. I bought a car here a couple days ago and it all took less than two hours.

It makes me very sad to see so many good reviews when I had such terrible experience. I bought my very first car from Ryan McGuire that, unbeknownst to me, had rotting tires. I got completely taken advantage of. I was then told I should pay for an extra insurance for my tires that was completely useless, I paid for this insurance for an entire year and when I went to use it I was thrown with a ton of reasons why they would not cover me. So not only am I paying over price for a car, I am also out the money I spent on a years worth of tire protection insurance payments. You are better off going to CARMAX. Do not let your son or daughter drive off the lot with one of these cars. Its not worth it.

This has been the worst car experience ever ! I spent seven hours at the dealership, bringing papers proving my income . The sales manager was on the phone with the bank , they told me that I was approved. I drove my car for almost four and a half weeks and they called me and told me to bring the car back because the " deal fell through " Im like " WHAT ?" I asked you before I drove off was I approved for the vehicle and you said yes ! When I called the bank and asked why I wasnt approved they told me that the car dealership ran my credit too many times and it brought my credit score down. I would not recommend this place too anyone .

My most recent experience with Enterprise was one of many best! I walked in a few minutes behind schedule to pick up my rental car & was immediately greeted with a warm welcome, directed to the counter where I was quickly checked in while engaged in warm conversation & before I could reach a chair to sit and wait for my rental, it was ready and we were out the door and I was on my way. They even allowed my personal vehicle to remain on their lot unharmed over the weekend!!! Kudos to the Enterprise crew of the Cowboys Stadium - Division location for your continued outstanding efforts and it was a great rental vehicle!

They have a good selection of cars available and the staff is great to work with. No haggling on price and the process is easy. If you are looking for a specific car in a certain color with certain amenities, this is not for you but if you are flexible on the color and willing to look at various options in the type of car you want and flexible on the amenities, you will be very pleased. No point in buying a new car and dropping $5-6K as you drive off the lot when you can get an exceptional used car for so much less and the process is painless. Thanks Ryan and Bryan for all your help!

Best car buying experience ever. Got a great car at a great price. Easy process, no pressure buying experience. I will only buy my cars here from now on. If you are on the fence about enterprise car sale do it. They get the best of the best to sell for themselves and that means you get the best cars with all the regular maintenance done. The car I purchased looked brand new and drives like a dream. Enterprise is a huge company and stand behind there cars. Dont normally do reviews but this was such a good experience and I usually dread going to buy cars so I was so impressed.

My experience with Enterprise went flawless. I do not regret making the decision to do business with them. A young lady by the name of Denitria made the process very smooth and answered all my questions. They were very professional and made sure that I was satisfied before I left. And also, they even followed me home so I could drop my car off and they took me back so I could get the car and take it home. Five Stars all the way!!!
