This place was awesome! The employees were extremely helpful, and considerate. My husband and I were unsure if we were going to purchase a car from there or not because we were limited on our spending budget. But the gentlemen that greeted us in the parking lot explained that they budget their finance off of our income. Sounded good so we looked at what we were able to afford. Everything seemed to be going great, they even took our JUNK car for a partial trade in! At the last few pages of our contract one of the guys came from the back and told us the O2 censor in the vehicle we were purchasing was out ($50-$60 dollar part). We were completely at loss but Cody, the guy who was going through our contract with us, immediately went back to the computer and picked out a similar but in my opinion a much better car and refinanced it at the same payments and down payment we had already agreed to!!! He even stayed 2 hrs past closing to pull the vehicle from a different location to make sure we would have a car by that night. I was thoroughly impressed at their services and willingness to work with us. I recommend anyone looking for a good vehicle to go to DriveTime!

Went to the dealership with my wife to purchase one of two vehicles. The approval process was quick and easy. Had to wait to bring one of the vehicles in from another location which was done within an hour or so (gave us time for lunch). And that was the one we ended up purchasing. Our salesman Rhett was laid back with no pressure and Cody who handled the contract was professional and thorough. Really all in all a very good experience, all of the staff we encountered were professional in appearance and attitude. Rhett was knowledgeable about the vehicles, even pointing out the flaws of some of the vehicles we looked at. We ultimately purchased the vehicle we wanted and are very happy with the purchase. Could not have been a better car buying experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at this Drive Time dealership.

The entire staff at DRIVE TIME @ riverside was awesome. Our salesman Rhett was more than helpful and very honest and friendly. He even went and got the car that I wanted from another dealership and had it all ready for me to test drive. I have fair credit and was more that pleased the way that the deal went down. It allows me to rebuild my credit and drive a reliable vehicle in the process. The truck has very few issues and I have already received many compliments on the color and the good upkeep of the car. Rhett and the entire staff at DRIVE TIME (Riverside) are great and I encourage anyone to stop in and give them a try. 5 stars is not enough stars for me! I love this location and Victor and Jeremiah are awesome. I came in looking to use my car as a down payment and I was uneasy with the amount I was getting for it (not their fault, the system generated the amount) Victor gave me advice and told me some other options. I sold my car on my own at a higher rate and came back the next day with my down payment and had 2 cars in mind. I fell in love with my 2013 Chevy Cruze and was sold. He explained every bit of the process to me in great detail and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of the purchase. I left very happy and love my car. Victor even called the next day to check on me. I recommend this place to the fullest. Thank you gentleman.

This is our second vehicle with Rhett Herron and our third with Drivetime. Each experience gets better. We are extremely busy with work and our kids. Rhett and Cody did everything they could to make our time their as efficient as possible. The vehicle we were looking for was brought to the store and ready for us when we arrived. We test drove it, finished up the paperwork and were out! Its the way buying a car should be! No pressure, no guilt! The cars are in great shape and the warranty has been described by service locations as "never seen a better used vehicle warranty!"

Was able to do all my initial paperwork over the phone and through email which was perfect for me since I live kinda far away. Found my new SUV online at another location and they had it transfered in for me. The SUV had a few issues when we went to pick it up; a nail in the tire, missing floor mats, and missing key fob. The sales manager had brand new mats put in, a key fob ordered and the tire fixed the next day! Daniella was great to work with, she was quick to return my calls and emails and was very pleasant. Overall Im pleased to be in my new SUV.

Went to drivetime 2 weeks ago to payoff our first vehicle and get a second. On our way, we were rear ended. We still payed off our vehicle and got a second working with Daniella. After finding out that the accident totaled our vehicle, we came back to drivetime to get another vehicle and th process was smooth and quick. Rhett helped us out as soon as we came in the door. He was friendly, and listened to what we were looking for. I will continue to recommend drive time to others and come back in the future. I love this place.

Answer me this...why did I need to put oil in my car three weeks after I bought it? Why is my check emission light on after I drove 1600 miles 28 days after purchase? Why is warranty saying I have to pay for an oil change so the Pep Boys can diagnosis my car...and no matter what. Ill have to pay for the oil change???? Ive added a quart of synthetic oil every two weeks until I put it in the warranty shop? Ill update as repairs are made or not made.

Anthony was great! He helped us get into a great car. Service was quick we were in and out in less than 2hrs. We told him our budget and we got a car better than expected. Would recommend if looking for a car but cant do regular dealership and dont want to risk a cash car. Every car comes with a security system, gap insurance, and a 5 year 50k warranty, you get a lot for your buck more than a regular used car dealership.
