Literally these old reviews are the opposite of true. The price is right there on the website, the overall price is subject to the lenders terms and conditions. Im not here to explain the way buying a car works to idiots. The notion that these guys with over a century of combined knowledge and car sales experience let you buy a car with "Low levels" of everything is ridiculous. There are so many ways this is obviously untrue, I digress. This place had everything I needed, they were patient and experienced. Even with my horrible credit they were willing to help me find the car for me within the budget requested. Mike was really eager to help me get what I needed right from the get go. I filled out the online application not expecting much success, he called shortly thereafter asking what I was looking to pay, etc. He was able to get my monthly payments like 40% below my budget, even with my not so good credit. They treated me with the utmost respect, provided me with every bit of knowledge so I knew what I was getting and at what price, etc. They provided me with a full disclosure car fax report so I knew the vehicles history prior to completing the purchase, even gave me more than I wouldve gotten anywhere else for my trade in. They replaced the headlight fixture after I had purchased the car with absolutely no obligation to when through no fault of their own it had started to let moisture in it. This place has exemplary staff and I can highly recommend that you choose to business with them, I couldnt be happier by coming here. They care about what YOU want, not what THEY want. Dont get talked into something you will regret at the big dealership guys, come get an up front and honest car buying experience.

A couple weeks ago I traded in my car to them for a 2005 Dodge Neon. I checked everything out thoroughly as well as my grandfather. There were minor scratches, so not so clean areas inside the car and after a test drive, we found out the motor mount was messed up. They said they would repair it for no charge as well as take my vehicle in trade. During the transaction we were handled by two different sales people, if they can so be called, and talked down to like four year olds by the finance guy. The add we printed out had a deal on a free tank of gas or $50 off of the protection. To say the least, they denied they had gas there and both looked at the add and disregarded the notion all together. So if youre looking for a deal avoid this place at all costs. When I looked the car over when I got home, finding the tires were under inflated, the fluids were all below needing to be refilled and in a big need of a oil change. In the end I regret buying from them and I would tell everyone of you to avoid buying from these guys. Maintenance

They are all wonderful people here! Absolutely amazing! I came to them in a tricky situation with my now previous vehicle and they took care of me and helped my find a car that my family and I no longer have to worry about. Personally I worked with Matt and he was so kind and patient as I changed my mind over and over again on which vehicle I wanted and let me try out each one! Now I have my wonderful car and I couldnt be happier!! Ive been jumping for joy for the past three days!!! Hands down, as long as your up front with them, they will be up front with you. Great amazing people, who really are there to help and with answers any questions they can for you. They gave me the history of each vehicle I test drove and the perks of each one and then sat down and helped me find out which one was best for me! They are great! Cant say it enough!

In March 2017, I bought a 2012 Nissan Juke with 71,000 miles. In April, the motor blew out on the car. I called the car lot and they refused to do anything about it . They said it was purchased "AS IS" and they could not help me. I was told to use the warranty but the warranty people want me to pay 1200.00 up front just to break down the motor to see if it is something they even cover. Needless to say these people at Manuels used cars sold me a lemon and now I am out 2500.00 and having to get rides to work because I cant afford to buy another car at this time and the people who financed it will not let me trade the car because it is a new contract!! I give them one star only so that I can write this review but they dont deserve any stars at all!! P.S. They still harass me everyday to pay this car that I only had for a month!!

I just recently purchased a new vehicle from Manuel Isuzu. It had been about 6 years since I had to go through the whole car buying process and I was very hesitant. I applied for my car of choice using the online application. I received a call the very next morning stating they were starting the application process and would give me a call back. I received another call not even 2 hours later and was told I had an approval and set a schedule to come in. I went in the very same day and after a a great negotiated deal and a test drive, a few hours later I was home in my new ride. This was definitely the best car buying experiences Ive had and I would without a doubt recommend Manuel Isuzu. Victor and Mike were very helpful and much appreciated.

Found a car I liked online. I asked to be emailed about it. Promptly got a response. I lived quite a ways away so they ran my credit and I got my financing terms before I even stepped foot into the dealetship. They worked with me on my down payment and where I wanted my payments to be. Mike kept in constant contact with me to make sure I was happy with my car. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Super happy with my new car!

Great experience. All the employees were great and stayed pretty late to finish the deal. I love my car, and they made it affordable. 2nd time car buyer. Will recommend and hopefully do business again. I think the reviews from years ago might have been competition spamming them? And one person who sounds like mightve been a bad customer because it wasnt anything like that, and all those problems I can fix myself well worth the big deals.
