My car was having trouble starting due to what I thought was the fuel pump. I checked it myself and it seemed fine but still wouldnt start. When I took it in to mcgavock they said they would look at it on Tuesday at 11:30. I called two days later for an update and they hadnt even looked at it yet. They said theyre too busy and would look at it the next Monday. They called me Tuesday and said it was fixed and I could come get it. Whenever I got to the shop I paid the $125 diagnostic and the rest for the parts and I went to my car to leave and it still did not start. They said it started that morning and they tried themselves and still it wouldnt start. So a few days later they said it was fixed this time. So I went in to pick it up. (They did not charge the diagnostic again) and when I got my car it seemed fine. Wrong. Driving down the highway it broke down. So I brought it back for a third time and they told me that when they checked the gas tank the gas looked like muddy water. When I checked the fuel pump the gas was very clean. And if it did look like muddy water why would you not drain it out before saying its all fixed. They said my engine has probably been flooded and it will need to be replaced. I told them to change the fuel and we will try again. They drained the tank and replaced the gas and it ran perfectly fine again. It took them almost 3 weeks to change the gas and replace the spark plugs. Im very disappointed with their service also. Every time I called they were too busy to talk to me and they said they will call back asap and most of the time they would not. 1 star. Not going back.

I have my car there now 2003 Nissan 350z. I brought it in for an oil change and to have the oil pressure sensor changed which is right next to the oil filter. Need less to say 4 hours later all of the sudden I have to replace my upper oil pan because the mechanic I believe cracked the inside threads to the sensor and I have a serious oil leak now. That I didnt have before. They quoted me $1885 to replace the upper oil pan and the 10 hours of labor @$125 hour which they are not worth that. Also twice the mechanic told me why dont you trade it off. I said no twice. The mechanic even mentioned to me we cant even j b weld this crack HELLO seriously. Service department needs to quit being sexist quit pissing off the females, that they did on Friday to 3 of us. The men came in without any issues. The only nice guy out of the service department is the guy that you check in with, lets you know whats going on with your and tells you that its done. So I will be picking up my car and towing it to a trustworthy mechanic today. The service department needs to realize some of us females do know our cars and be aware of our occupations just Sayn. Im an inspector for aircraft. I dont recommend this place for any service repairs.

I HATE car shopping. But I had a really good experience buying a brand new Nissan Rogue here when I was visiting my dad from out of state during the holidays. Chris was really great to work with--wasnt at all pushy. It was a really cold, rainy day and he came out, offered us an umbrella, then brought us in and sat us down, asked me what I was looking for (and he talked to me, not my dad, which was cool), and was able to show me options that fit what I was looking for instead of dragging us around the lot. If I had a question and he didnt know the answer, he was honest about it instead of making stuff up or acting like he knew, and he found out the answer for me. I hate haggling, and even though maybe I couldve gotten a lower price if I had done so, I felt like I got a fair price. When I got back home and noticed the floor mats were missing, they shipped them to me without question. This dealership doesnt have the greasy, sleasy feel that other places (like Eddys Toyota) have. All in all it was a good experience.

My daughters 2005 Murano developed a loose drivers visor a while back that became progressively worse. From discussions at various Nissan online sites, I have found that many other owners have experienced the same problem for one or both visors. The quoted price of a single replacement visor from McGavock Nissan is $320.00 plus an additional $65.00 if I want it installed. Installing the visor takes unscrewing 2 small Phillip head screws and simply replacing a new visor with the same 2 screws. Installation would take about 5 minutes. I have spoken to Nissan and they referred me to the local McGavick, Service Dept briefly and they say there is no service update on this issue. I feel it is a serious safety issue as the visor falling down obstructs they drivers view and they should devise a fix for all current visors or replace it free or at a substantial discount. Instead they are charging full retail for a common known problem that has been frequently reported.

I purchased a new Frontier and when I picked it up it was dirty and had visible scratches on the hood. It also has a missing paint problem below the drivers door. They scheduled a time to have the issues addressed, I left it with them for 3 days. Upon return they had buffed the scratches but the service manager told me they chose not to fix the paint problem at All Angles because it was to expensive. They planned to just do a touch up job. They were also going to help me get an adapter for the trailer plug but that was not addressed either. I did not get a call to reschedule for the "touch up" work so I called Rita. She informed that they had scheduled me for Tuesday, to my surprise. I requested that she talked to manager and that I wanted it fixed per the All Angles assessment. She called me this afternoon, late on a Friday, to tell me that they were not going to do anything else for me. I will let you decide if you would purchase anything from this dealer.

I will never buy a car from here ever again. I shouldnt have in the first place. I had a bad feeling the second I walked on the lot. The guys were not very nice. They lie and tell you everything you want to hear. Then charge an outrageous fee to "pay for tags" and save yourself a trip to the DMV and then tell you you still have to pay for your own tags and the $400 dollar fee is required in the state of Kansas. Its weird because I just bought a car from Scholfield Honda last year and they didnt charge me that fee. And after they told my fiancé that, I called a couple dealerships around town and the most they charged was a $99 DOC fee. Not a tag, title, and registration fee. So that shows me right there they are liars and are just there to steal your money. I had a much better expirenece elsewhere. I will tell all my friends, family, and clients to steer clear of this dealership. AWFUL. If I could give zero starts I would!
