In the past I have loved Luna Market, today they fell extremely short of the mark, so short that I doubt I will ever go back. The experience started out with them serving customers that came in after us first. Two in our group had ordered corn on the cob, the girl made it in a cup, when we told her we had asked for it on the cob she refused to give us what we asked for. Then they ran out of chicken for our entrees, and finally we ordered a fruit cup. The papaya was rancid and when we asked for something different we were refused again. It took an extremely long time to be served, we had to get to go boxes because the service was so slow. Throughout the entire experience the girl behind the counter was rude. We spent two hundred dollars there today and I would much rather take my money somewhere else that will appreciate my business and understands what customer service is.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THERE IS NO ONE BEHIND THE REGISTER. More than half the girls that work here are effing rude as hell. You gotta be Hispanic to be treated nice here. Once they saw that we spoke Spanish and realized we were Hispanic they started being cordial with us. The ONLY reason why we shop here is because they have the product we need that I cant find anywhere else but seeing as for the millionth time today they werent at the register and had a big line waiting I will no longer shop here. GOING TO LA CARNICERÍA AT PIKES PEAK!!!!!!!

Excellent place...one of the best Mexican stores ive found in Colorado Springs,excellent kinds of hot peppers, great fruit and veggies...and the meat department is very cheap with good meats for grilling..! food is awesome.! thank you guys for providing for us...

I give it one star because the food is really good, but everything else its not! No heat during the winter. If you want to eat in the cafe, you have to clean the table to be seat. The rest of the store specially the floor its so dirty!

Had fruit cups with my little family. The fruit was fresh. The girl behind the counter was incredibly friendly. Also, their chapurado was good! Will be returning for more Mexican food!

Small place, very friendly. Went in for pork pastor, yuca and some other things. They grill chickens out front (amazing), got some cheap dvd, CD copies. Small place, decent selection.
