Terrible grocery store has gotten worse over the terrible grocery store has gotten worse over the years. When you look at the good reviews are all from 3-5 years ago. Comments about employees and management just blowing you off and not caring are very accurate. Had picked up a prescription was on my way to get some flowers for my wife when A older lady employee grabs my arm and asked for my receipt . I explained to her I was on my way to get some flowers for my wife and she said I could not do that unless I had a basket to put items in it? I explained you were I was more than capable of carrying two things of Mucinex and some nose spray for my cold as well as flowers. I have no idea what kind of a nut job she is. I am in the middle of the store headed to the flower department with a prescription in my hand as well as three other items in plane view while standing in the middle of the store . Halfway through my new purchase I was reflecting upon the way I was treated decided I was so insulted by her act that I left without getting the rest of the items . On my way out I had two other customers Who I have never met before came up to me and shared that they too had the same thing recently happened to them . This store is in Greenwood Village so its not like it is in a high crime rate area . One of the other customers was told especially the older employees are on high alert because there is a middle school near the store. I am an older gentleman and very insulted that employee will actually grab me in the middle of the store and accuse me of anything . That being said they recently remodeled the store is now bigger but they seem to have less items. Since the old meet manager left the meat and seafood department has seriously declined any special ordered items never seem to be properly ordered so they are never available. In my opinion corporate office should do a severe audit of the store before people start going to other companies for the groceries. There are at least three other King Sooners within a 5 mile radius that dont seem to have these issues.

If you are shopping for vitamins Jeff is your guy! My boyfriend and I make our weekly trip to this location and we are always especially delighted when Jeff is around. Our conversations range from the latest and greatest tips and tricks, all the way down to speculation as to what will be the next months deals. (He never knows, although its fun to think about it anyway : ) All in all, we have only lived in the area (GV) for the past 6 months and this location as quickly become our must go when it comes to all things household. (Trader Joes and Whole Foods both have their place, yet the yellow tags and the likes of customer service that people like Jeff provide, keep us coming back!) (Spoiler: We think he is only in two days a week... M/Tue. Also, 99% of the time the Kroger brand is just as good, if not better than what you can buy elsewhere.)

I needed a cake decorated and went to other chain supermarkets only to find that King Soopers is pretty much the only chain that employs real cake decorators in their bakery. Everyone else has generic cakes shipped to their stores and then just write "Happy Birthday" or whatever on them. After making upteen calls to other places, I went into King Soopers and spoke with Juan, a cake decorator who made us the best cake I have ever ordered. He even used a picture I had to make an edible decoration on the cake. It was pink on the sides with a zebra print on the top. We received many compliments on it and my 7 year old daughter was ecstatic.

No fan of GV & Centennial folks, but at least this location is better than Belleview Square Kings. Ive shopped here plenty of times in the past even though its further away. I live in Denver and get tired of that constant zoo at Monaco & Hampden location. This location is convenient to Orchard Park where i shopped for my mother during her long-term care.

I forgot how great this King Soopers is after moving to central Denver. I went this morning and wow ... bright, light, wide aisles, great selection. Produce and floral departments particularly good, as well as deli. My approach to grocery shopping is "in/out as fast as possible." This store made me want to wander aisles.

This is the best King Soopers in Denver if you are looking to find natural and gourmet food items. Their cheese selection stands out especially. The deli carries a wide selection of Boars Head and is well-stocked. Be sure to check out the natural/organic offerings that are offered throughout the store.

Had a great experience ordering a birthday cake here, the half sheet was very affordable and looked great. It only took a day before the event to put the order in. The store is also clean and well organized.

I cant say enough good things about this floral department. Jerry the florist here is fantastic. Talented and so easy to work within a budget. I thought the value was outstanding. Would use anytime.

After many months of construction this is definitely one of my favorite King soopers now. Wide lanes, everything is situated how it feels it should be. Lines are fairly quick when i go. Good store

This is a decent king soopers. Theyve got a gas station, so you can use your gas points here. Traffic can be a nightmare when school lets out, since theres a few school zones nearby.

Great local grocery store with fast check-out lanes. Lots of fresh produce available. Prices are reasonable and purchases give points for gasoline discounts, which is nice.

Large and clean, the best time to visit is early. Starbucks in the store, but the line is always long. I wish they would stop moving aisles around.

Waited for 5 minutes for the barista at Starbucks to show up. Asked an employee where the barista was and blew me off. Not very good service.

Phenomenal Kings location. The little clinic is very useful. Cell service is very spotty so dont expect to take any calls while shopping
