If you enjoy being stressed out and becoming an irritable person, try shopping at this location on a weekend. The bulk food is a buffet for the impolite individuals that just open the lids up and help themselves to the array of gummy bears and snacks. But the best part is when they tell their kids to enjoy going through the items, which is what makes me chuckle. This is probably why they got rid of the coffee samples, its when you really wanted to try the arabica dark roast, of some sort and you have to wait for an unattended 5 year old learning how to make their first cup of coffee, and not even liking it?!? Secondly, the poor staff are constantly short-handed and gets bombarded by the large crowd where the lines have gone past the bulk food items, This store layout makes it difficult to maneuver ones cart through the produce area as it, so try not to be impatient with the fellow shoppers that believe that its okay to park or stand in the middle of the aisle. Lastly, if your body has a nature call, please refrain from using the restroom, unless youre good at holding your breath for a long time. For some reason, it has a weird perma-stank. I feel bad that theyre probably understaffed, so they dont have time to get to the restrooms. I am giving this place two stars because, one full star goes to the friendly, hard-working staff, and the other star goes to the great prices that they do have. Other than that, tread at your own risk....or drive to the other great locations.

I generally love Sprouts Famers Market. I usually go to the Sprouts on Colorado Blvd and Yale. But this Sprouts is closer to my home and I hate going here. This store is filled with the most useless people ever. In the deli department the African American employee (not the meat section employee) is rude and unhelpful. Ive contacted the managers at this store before with several problems and nothing. They say we will fix and they never do. If you want cheese sliced do not go to this Spouts because if they are out of the sliced cheese that you want they wont slice another one for you. Which even WALMART DOES! The prices are of course fine and the selection is ok. But if want better service and better selection I would recommend driving the extra distance and just going to the Sprouts on Colorado Blvd. Because this store is like pulling teeth to get help.

The worst experience I have ever had in a grocery store happened at sprouts today. I love shopping here for the great produce but I will. It be back. The lines were so long that they stretched from the register to the back wall of the store. So hard to get around and shop is problem one. The bigger issue was the bad customer service from the older brunette woman. I stood in one line for 30 minutes (no joke, 30 full minutes) and when I was maybe 8 people from the front this awful woman decides to tell me that the line is for 15 items or less. No apologies, just "get in another line." (Another 30+ minute line. If Id not invested so much time in this already I would have just left.) Where was the sign or warning BEFORE I waited? There are no signs, at least not visible to the last 75% of these long lines! I get better service than this at King Soopers.

I like the store, it has fresh produce and everything is nice, clean and organized. Ive always liked the employees, but tonight I stopped in to buy a few things for baking and the cashier was genuinely rude. I didnt make a big shopping trip since Id been here earlier in the week so I just grabbed a few chocolate chips andchocolate covered fruit and my son convinced me to get a few valentines yogurt pretzels. Well the cashier felt it necessary to point out that I bought all sugar things and I mentioned that my son had wanted the pretzels well then he proceeded to comment on how my son was already hyper enough and probably could go without the added sugar. Then said hey but its not my place to say, even though hed already said something. Either way though Ill continue shopping here, but Ill make a point to avoid checking out with this employee.

I had such a good experience here two years ago that I am tempted to return on a regular basis after problems with the locations near me. What stood out was how helpful the meat department was. I am not sure what they did- possibly repriced something for me they were out of, but it stood out as excellent service and the person who gave it to me was very kind. This is in contrast to the service I received at the Colfax store where the employee must have been exhausted working on Sunday, but really didnt try to help me find an item or apologize when he told me the wrong thing, and treated me with general indifference. It takes so little to have a good experience, and this store did it for me.

Pretty good quality produce and some other natural products but 90% of the time really long lines. Ive talked to the staff and this location is the busiest in the state- supposedly much busier than forecast when they designed the store and even with several big chain stores nearby the parking lot on some weekend mornings and Wednesdays (double coupon day) is almost totally full. Still if you go late at night or weekday mornings its is pretty good and the next closest store with comparable prices and selection is at least 25 minutes away.

Last week, I purchased mixed nuts from their bulk area. After consuming it for two days, I noticed there worms in the bag! Not just one but about five worms! This is the most disgusting thing I have experienced. You normally expect for the fresh produce to have worms but the nut mixes that are ready to be consumed. I tried calling their main line number and 888 toll free number with both giving me the same message that the Verizon number is not in service. Sprouts is a disgusting store. Dont shop there and if you do, check EVERYTHING!!

Great prices on produce looooooog ridiculous lines all the way to almost the back of the store so you cant really shop around due to the lines everyone looks frustrated and get angry at you because youre trying to move around them my 5 year old son accidentally hit a Mexican lady she gave him a dirty look she then yanked her own daughter from the arm and left like if I did something bad to her while I was Just trying to get some lemons I left my stuff and ended up leaving the store.

Today I bought roast beef, when I got home my daughter realized there was another label underneath the one that is to be shown to the public. The one on top said: Sell by Jan 12, 2017; Unit price $10.49/lb; total price $5.87. The one underneath said: Sell by Jan 07, 2017 (same day I bought it); Unit price $9.99/lb. How can they increase the price if the product expires soon. And how can they replace a label with a different expiration date. Incredible !!!

Great prices! Great selection! Great big, looooong lines that take at least 20 minutes just to get through. Id rather pay a little more and go somewhere that makes checking out, more convenient. The checkout line literally extended halfway through the store and everyone seemed to have full carts. Stores are too small and they need triple the amount of registers. I went elsewhere, paid a tad more , but was in and out in a few minutes.
