I am writing to bring to attention the decreased level of customer service in Sprouts store 317. I have been coming to this store for a very long time but as of late the quality of service has diminished rather rapidly. While the produce in the store is usually of very good quality and most of the in-store employees friendly, once I get to the cashier counter that’s where the trouble begins. Today (6/10/17 - 6:10 pm) for instance, Beth the cashier was unsure of the produce numbers and made mistakes. This, in and of itself, wasn’t the problem, however, it took her a long time to figure out the correct number - I eventually had to go back to the produce section to find out the correct name, Valencia oranges, not navel oranges. She then proceeded to throw the fresh produce across the conveyor, bruising the produce. What is the point of stacking the fresh produce orderly, only for the cashier to manhandle it? To top matters off, she stuffs all the different items I bought ALL into one bag! I asked her to separate the soft produce from the rest of the bulky items like the pie box so as not to further bruise the produce. This caused her to become very agitated, rude, and argumentative requiring me to bag the produce myself. This is unacceptable even for new staff and the matter should be addressed. A previous time, one of the very senior (in age) cashiers forgot to pay me out the $40 cash back I requested. Had I not remembered I would have lost $40. Again, it’s usually not the mistake thats the problem but the handling of it. A simple apology would do, without the sassiness. The point is that the quality of service is seriously going down especially with the cashiers. I enjoy the products provided by Sprouts but if each encounter at the cashier’s counter becomes contentious I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I want to love this place because its a stones throw from work. And I must somewhat love you because I find myself here every week. What I love: dehydrated veggies on sale. $6.99/lb love them? Oh yeah baby. $$11.99/lb love them? Pass. What else I love: $4.99 sushi roll Wednesdays. Oh yeah baby. $10-13 sushi rolls? Pass. What else what else: $0.98/carton for blackberries. Oh yeah baby. $3.99/carton? Pass. I realize this is all subjective depending on the time of year but who doesnt love the deals?! The sandwhich ladies are great. Pile those babies high to your liking all for around $5. Really, whats not to like at this point. And you always have Kombucha priced lower than everyone else. Could I use more organic choices? Sure. But theres prolly some strategy behind why the options are so limited. But guess what sprouts, it doesnt hold me back. In fact, Ill probably be back tomorrow.

Re: Sprouts Store--2017: DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM THIS STORE. I gave it a lot of thought to report this. But I have had 4 separate instances instances where I bought meat-chicken, pork, that was rotting & only smelled it when I got home. This time I am returning the pork because I was shocked when I opened the pkg. & green mold was growing under the pork, & the smell was horrible. Also-important fact was the expiration date was **7/22** and I bought it on **7/18! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! What is going on in that meat dept? People can get deathly ill if this meat is eaten! I also bought half & half there & twice the contents were spoiled when I got home. I did speak to a Mgr about this. JUST BEWARE. DONT BUY MEAT OR DAIRY HERE.

I like to go to Sprouts to stock up on Kombucha. They have a nice selection and I can get my other groceries while Im there for good prices. Their ready-to-go food section is decent with sandwiches, salads, and dinner type items (meatloaf, enchiladas, etc). Produce section is expansive but not that many organic choices. The staff all around is not particularly friendly. Theyre not rude, theyre just not friendly. I dont need a cashier to be super chatty but when there is consistently no eye contact or words spoken other than, "Is plastic okay?" it gives the sense that they dont like their job. Not my go-to grocery store but its close to where I live so, in a pinch, it works.

I was checking out my items with the clerk while reaching for cash in my pocket for exact change. I.pulled out just enough change and along with that an extera quarter popped out of my pocket as well, onto the floor it went. The bagger thought I was not aware of this quarter of mine on the floor so she purposly placed her foot on top of the quarter and looked at her then walked out of this very high priced sprouts farmers market. What thieves if it is not their workers. The Whole foods market has lower prices and more selections with friendlier workers nation wide!

These people were very rude. My husband was in military uniform and they acted as if we were invisible. When I said hello my cashier, he completely ignored me. I understand some military people can be very rude. But when you are trying to be polite and they act like you are trash because of their personal assumptions it looks very bad on the company as a whole. The whole situation was awkward. They were very unfriendly. Never coming to this Sprouts again. Ill take my business to the Sprouts on Havana and Mississippi any day. At least they treat you like a human.

Employees are unfriendly, and not helpful. Ive learned to check expiration dates from this store, because Ive come home more than once with food That has expired dates. Produce must be eaten within one or two days. I will not buy bread here because it molds very quickly. The best thing this Sprouts carries, is Farmers milk. I like it better that any milk Ive had in a long time. This store is convienant, but I dont use it for anything major. I go for milk and sometimes produce catches my eye on my way to the back of the store.

Sprouts is an awesome "natural" market, and this one is pretty bog standard for the chain. It is very popular with the lunch crowd from nearby businesses. The usual better-than-average produce, lots of options for vegetarians and gluten-free eaters, and enough gourmet options to keep the fussy out there satisfied. Oh, and a Sprouts hidden secret: their half-and-half is the best and cheapest youll find at any major grocer in the Front Range.

This is my favorite place to grocery shop. They have just as much local and organic produce as Whole Foods, but without the ridiculous prices. They have a ton of sales, so a lot of times I get my organic produce cheaper than the non-organic options. As far as their other products, they can be a little pricey, but still not as high as other stores. They also have a ton of sales that are definitely worth paying attention to.

I dont usually write bad reviews but this place is poorly managed and some of the workers are not very friendly and pay no attention to you. I go there to get lunch because they have great pre made lunches but most of the time the shelf is empty. I try to order a sandwich from the deli and they just looked at me for 5 minutes. I finally walked out very unhappy.
