Horrible customer service at the customer service desk, and at the check out. Be careful and check what prices are being charged for items- they tried to take me for 11.00 for a small bag of grapes. And i had some other produce I left at the check out once I noticed it was spoiled already. Also, the equipment in this store is far out dated, it operates poorly causing employees to be slow, as well as customers to Cleanliness of this store is a joke, steer clear of the restroom facility. I understand Safeway has closed several store locations in various areas. This Brighton co store should have been condemned years ago. These are facts: it is dirty, poorly managed, dimly lit and bad odor in many of the aisles, the produce overall is not the greatest for the prices listed. My suggestion is dont stop here-- drive up the road to the competitor chain store, you wont be disappointed!

Use to love shopping at the Brighton Safeway (been a customer for more than 6 years) now it is a chore, you have to check the dates on EVERYTHING. I have made several trips back to this store to return things that expired well before I purchased them. I am always given my money back but in most cases I am not offered any apology or compensation for my time. Some of the employees that have been there to awhile are awesome but some of the new ones are rude, lazy and have dropped the F bomb in front of me. Stay away unless you have plenty of time to check all expiration dates and money to waste throwing food away or driving back to the store.

Very nice people..Roseanne in the Deli was super friendly and helpful. They were out of fat free half and half that was on sale and Lucy gave me a coupon to make up for it .I also found out that their fried chicken recipe is Albertsons original fried chicken recipe...yay...Albertsons used to have the best fried chicken and now Safeway does :)

I like that i can get in and out of this store. I use it for occasional items i didnt get on my main shopping trip because i feel like the prices are a little higher here. They have 2 self checkout stands that i like to use because they dont usually have a line. This is a good store and i plan on continuing to shop here.

Cashiers are friendly. However theres never enough of them and Im always finding myself in line longer than shopping. The store is also not very clean and Ive never had a cart that didnt feel like its wheels were about to fall off. They need to up their quality if they want to compete with King Soopers.

Safeway has food availabile for purchase at prices that I consider accurate. They sell random household items and medicines too, also at accurate prices. If you go inside the building, you will see exactly what you should expect to see in a grocery store on this planet. Five stars.

Very old style safeway. The staff is very nice and helpful but there are not alot of them around. During a busy time there was only 2 cashiers open and a line about 10 deep in both lines. They do have 2 self checkout machines which is nice when you in a rush.

This store has some of the rudest employees I have yet to come across. One day I needed assistance at the self service check out and several employees walked passed me, didnt even ask if I needed help. On multiple occasions this has happened.

I am NEVER going into this store again. Today (6/12) about 2:15pm, I witnessed a cashier DEGRADE another coworker in front on a long line of customers in such a way that was downright rude and insulting. I was beside myself. Disgusting!

Always check expiration dates when shopping here. Ive bought food only a couple days from being expired and Ive bought cookie dough that was a month past the expiration date. I didnt realize until they were in the oven.

This place never has enough cashiers, there is always a line, and the arrangement of rows makes no sense most of the time. I always try to make a quick trip in on the way home and spend way more time than necessary.
