After a frustrating weekend of poor service from airline employees at three different airports and rude retail employees for two home improvement "Big Box" stores, I had an employee "encounter" that was a welcome surprise. As I was checking out at the Self-Checkout section on a busy Sunday afternoon, the clerk who was taking care of six customers at one time, constructed a carrier for my 7 pots of annuals from a paper grocery bag, without interrupting her service to the other customers. It was completely voluntary, unsolicited, and outside of her usual duties, but made the difference between good service and the kind that makes you feel like a VIP. I hope her manager takes note of this comment, as she probably does this kind of thing all the time for customers.

Last week, I dropped in to see the florist at lunch time. I asked if there was any way she could put together a brilliant bouquet of flowers that would have that super WOW factor. Shell not only stopped everything she was doing, but in a mere 20 minutes, she put together an arrangement of flowers that went above and beyond my expectations! I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement of flowers! They were simply AMAZING!! If you are ever in need of flowers (men especially) see Shell at King Soopers. She will see your vision and carry it through with exceptional ability!!

Best service! I love this store! Even with Safeway nearby, they have a better selection of many products including beauty and natural products. They also have very kind people working there. I love that they were jerseys on game day!

This is another high quality grocery store. The produce section is large and complete. I like their home section with plenty of dishes, cookware and items for home. Go here when you need to be sure to find what you need.

The old hag in the back of the deli with the short hair that wears a hat is unprofessional, rude, argumentative, nosy and should lose her job. Ive had so many problems with her on multiple occasions its not even funny.

Good layout, not the biggest store which is great because the produce, meat and bread turns quickly. The tapas bar is awesome and plenty of places around to eat before you go (dont shop on an empty stomach)

Im from Chicago and was pleasantly surprised by their quality. Extremely clean store and they support my back tcf. The restroom was kind of dirty and prices of food were higher, but I liked it over all.

I have to say this King Soopers has a Starbucks, great fish, and helpful people. Its clean and a nice place to get coffee and sit after shopping. Good prices are a plus, with a great selection of foods!

This store is always busy it seems like. The parking can be somewhat of a challenge if you go during peak hours. But it is pretty rare if you ever go ther e and they are out of stick on anything
