Tonight, my entire shopping experience at this store was unpleasant. First, I nearly got ran over in an isle by what I assume was the manager of the store. She was so discourteous and didnt offer any form of accommodation as she pushed past me. Halfway through my shopping adventure my phone rang. Since it was a family member whom I have not spoken with due to working inhuman hours I picked up and nearly got ran down in the aisle by yet another employee. Then the elitist cashier, James, who so rudely remarked at how attached I am to my phone, DIDNT EVEN ASSIST ME IN BAGGING MY GROCERIES!!! My phone is my lifeline to work and family over 500 miles away. Without it, Im a non-salaried waif with no connection to anyone. Before I finished sacking everything up he asked me to please pay in front of other customers, like that was somewhere outside the boundaries of my cognitive function. What a completely humiliating, miserable experience!!! I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER shop at your stores again and I will absolutely refer my friends to Whole Foods from now on!!!

This is a crappy Sprouts. I have continued going to it because its close to my house but from now on Im going to just drive further up to the S Broadway & Belleview store. Their produce is often poorly stocked and doesnt look very good. The employees stand around talking to each other instead of working and I have to interrupt to ask them to get more of whatever I need out of the back. More than once Ive asked if they have something and they say "I dont know," not "let me find out for you." Today the cashier griped at me for not giving him my coupons at the beginning of the transaction. How was I supposed to know that? Once he got the total updated he didnt let me know I could go ahead and slide my card until I asked. When I asked if he was ready he said "you can do it as soon as I scan the first item." I dont want to do my card until I know the total is correct and he was kind of rude about it. I like Sprouts and will continue to shop at other stores. It is just this location I have a problem with.

This use to be our go-to place for quality seafood but NOT anymore. Made mistake of buying what the fish guy recommended - frozen jumbo shrimp, for a recipe my wife was making. The same guy behind the fish counter has always helped us and he knows us. He pointed us to shrimp that was wrapped and discounted. We should have known better, based on this. Got the shrimp home and it smelled fishy and also smelled of some type of chemical. My wife insisted the chemical smell was ammonia from the fish deteriorating - but to me it smelled like a cleaning chemical (possible the chemical they use to clean the huge bin that the shrimp normally sit it - when they are fresh.). We took the shrimp back!! This place will lose our fresh seafood business. Back to Safeway.

Flyer sale on Chicken Brats multiple variety, none in the case on Friday, October 21, 2016. One would think if your running a special that the store would make sure to have the item available. When asked I was told there is bulk ground available, make meatballs instead. Please if I wanted bulk I would have bought bulk. Response was drive back its only gas!!!!! This seems to be a common theme with this store not have a good selection of Chicken brats

Pros: If you watch the sales you cant get better produce anywhere at a better price. Cons: The last 3 times I have been there in the evening (which is the only time it works for me to go) I have had to wait in a long line because there was only one checker. Was there a couple weeks ago and I counted 13 people in line ahead of me, waited almost 15 minutes in line. Have not been back since and not sure Ill ever return. Hire more help!!!

Former sunflower market. This store hasnt made the complete transition to sprouts. Doesnt have a lot of the same products as a traditional sprouts. However great prices overall. Cheaper than whole foods on bulk and organic. Sprouts on Lincoln/Yosemite is better store but in a pinch this meets my needs. Needs better lighting. Another bonus. Doesnt smell like fish like whole foods on university.

They do not pull stock when it has expired, and may not keep the milk at the proper temperature. The milk I just purchased was curdled freshly opened with an expiration date five days from today. The other half gallon had an expiration date on the day I bought it - I should have double checked, but I assumed they would check their stocks expiration dates.

Ok so I dont do the shopping but I tag along. I like this place as it isnt as busy as the "large" grocery stores. Prices seem a little higher but the produce is much nicer and a lot of it is from local farmers so well worth a little more. They have a much larger bulk food area as well as a wide variety of oddities you wont find anywhere else.

Great, health-food, filled grocery store with VERY reasonable prices. Even better than Trader Joes IMO! The staff is very friendly & helpful, without being overbearing. I will be doing the bulk of my grocery shopping here, for the foreseeable future...

I live very close to this location so I go there for convenience. Well not anymore I will go to the one on Broadway they were more helpful friendly and they stock the items that I truly love! so good riddance to the county line sprouts

Now called Sprouts but the Organic Produce Section is still small. Overall the Produce quality vs value is quite good. Helpful staff are tough to find at times but go the extra mile to help.

Great groceries, way cheaper than Whole Foods. This is my familys primary grocery store and were not crunchy, granola types, but that type could find what they want here too.
