Ive been going to Sprouts since they opened and have loved them, especially their produce department. A recent experience changed my mind. To be fair the issue that caused this change in attitude was not their fault, a snow storm that came on fast and hard on 2/22/15, but upon entering the main store I fell in a puddle of water and hit the floor hard. A worker, a guy, was loading up the rotisserie chickens (it was right around 4 p.m.) and I called out to him and either he didnt hear me or ignored me. I finally pulled myself up using the cart and went and got some soup, my main reason for going. The customer in line in front of me noticed my discomfort and asked me if I was okay and I told her no. The cashier heard and asked what was wrong so I told her. She said she was sorry but then went on to complain about having to stay on the cash register. I think she was meant to get off but theyd suddenly gotten busy and wasnt allowed to. Saturday night was painful. I twisted my back when I fell, landed on my left leg and my left arm... actually my left hand, I tried to brace myself when I fell. The next day I was sore but okay, Monday my back started bothering me, today I couldnt pick up my granddaughter whom I was babysitting. I called the store and asked if they had a policy about someone hurting themselves in their store and was told no and was immediately hung up on. All they would have to do is check their cameras to prove that I was there and that I had fallen. No one came up to me when I fell, or afterwards, but someone immediately came out and put down two mats almost directly on the spot that I had fallen. My back, specially my lower back and my neck and left arm are painfully sore, but at this point I am more upset by the treatment I received when calling.

I wish someone from the corporate will see this. I have loved shopping at Sprouts since it was Sunflower. I have to say that it was lot better when it was Sunflower. Today I went and saw Organic heirloom tomatoes on sale. However, in the bin, they put non organic ones. I talked to a staff, the guy said he just got to work for an hour. Someone mixed it, but regular ones are same price as organic ones. I told him its not about the price, I want organic ones and you shouldnt confuse people. Well he didnt care. At the register, I asked if they have a manager on site and I briefly told the cashier the problem. She said that she would talk to the manager. And then she said: oh, he is right here. I saw this middle age man in the black shirt walking towards me. I said: excuse me. He didnt even stop and said give me a moment. Obviously, he didnt care either. That explains the store employees attitude. Not recommended. Will not go back to this location. And as a grocery employee, they should understand the importance of organic food. A lot of people need it for medical reasons.

Always nice and clean. Good selection of produce and friendly staff. This is my go to grocery store. The only strange thing I find is that most sprouts get product samples that they leave out for customers to try. This one kind of hides them away and lately theres only been coupons left out when other stores have ample lotion or supplement samples. I like trying a sample first to see if the full size is worth it so all it really does is prevent me from buying more. So maybe thats helpful?

If I could Id give this place a zero stars. They discriminate against Christians saying they have to work Sundays. They hired her knowing this (Sundays off) then they got short handed n demanded she help them. She helped once but they wanted every Sunday. Then they didnt schedule her at all because of her beliefs. first they blamed their system then blaming her availability. Sounds like b.s to me

Good place. Main issue is that they dont have anything besides food and vitamins. Theres pet food and stuff, but if you need a spatula, or a lightbulb, head down the street. Protip: Wednesdays have double deals applied from the week previous and the new ones, some amazing deals can be found like over half off sushi, buy 1 get 1 steaks, ect.

I am completely shocked that a new location would sell deli sandwiches made from the heels of bread. I purchased sandwiches for my husbands company and was embarrassed to say the least. To make it worse they hid the heels on the inside of the packaging so it couldnt be seen. I question whether we will return.

Used to be able to dart in on my way to work and grab a ready-made green salad or fruit/cheese snack box for lunch. Not anymore. Has really gone downhill in the past few weeks. May as well keep driving to 7-11 as they have a better selection and I can grab a hot coffee at the same time.

Love it! Great staff, selection and convenience. 99% of what I ever want in a space thats 1/4 the size of competitors. That makes for quick shopping, a major bonus. I drop in for one meals worth of food often since it is so quick. This leads to less waste and more healthy meals at home.

My new favorite store! Very clean and amazing staff. Whenever I have a question about a product I always find a knowledgeable individual. They run out of stuff as often as the other health stores so that is a bummer sometimes. But for the most part I am able to find what I need.

I am so glad that this store opened up. Its so nice to have a Spouts near by, instead of having to head all the way out to South West Plaza area. I love going into this store, its like a candy shop for grownups.

If you need produce I would recommend this location. However, their meat and especially their deli has poor quality and poor service. I try to avoid this sprouts and drive down to the one on County Line.

I love Sprouts. They have great produce, great deli, and the staff are helpful. The prices are great, unlike larger naturals stores, (no names)... and is a healthy addition to the neighborhood.

I Love their produce, and I always hit up the clearances. Everything else is too expensive for me but stuff goes on sale and thats when I get shopping. Cheers for beautiful fresh produce!

They give my daughter a sticker every time we are there. It is a small gesture that goes a long way when shes not happy about grocery shopping. And the produce is good and cheap.

They always have great prices, I do avoid 1 cashier (larger younger chick with brown hair) when I go, she always has an attitude problem. But the rest of the staff is great!

I love shopping at Sprouts. Great produce, unfortunately, the check out line will always take longer than the actual shopping. The registers are not well staffed.

Pretty reasonable prices for a natural foods store and usually has pretty good sales, too. The only downside is their selection isnt very extensive.
