Wow! If you havent made it over to Sprouts, you dont want to miss it. The first thing that stands out is how clean and organized the store is. It makes shopping a breeze! I eat a diet of 90% raw, all organic, foods, which at times can be a tall order when shopping at your local grocery. One of my biggest hurdles is not just finding organics but fresh organics. Most of the time if I can find them they have been sitting on the shelf so long that they are wilted or even moldy. If you buy organic vegetables and fruit locally, you know what I am talking about. Not at Sprouts, not only do they have a wide variety of garden fresh vegetables and organics but they were reasonably priced too, fitting in well with my grocery budget. I totally expected my wallet to take a pounding when I went looking for this new store, it didnt happen. In addition; when I want to buy groceries I dont like to walk miles to get where I want to go. I dont want to, wade through racks of clothing, the jewelry center and the electronics department to get there. I want to get in and I want to get out and that is just one of the many things about Sprouts I enjoyed. Add to that the friendly, helpful staff, the healthy selections stocking their shelves, the great pricing and youve got one fantastic green grocer. Oh, and while you are there stop by and say hi to Dave, he is the store manager. I met him on my trip into his store, nice guy, who wants to know what your needs are and how his store can serve you better. If you have something you would like to have them carry he is more then willing to see if they can get it for you. All in all a great shopping experience. If you live in Hutto, Round Rock or the surrounding area you should stop by. I highly recommend it. And, did I mention the great pricing?! Thanks again Dave and staff. Another Satisfied Customer

Update: May 21, 2013 I just received an email from the store manager in response to the message I sent on 5/18/2013. He apologized and assured me that the lamb has been taken off the shelves. He and the meat department are doing a quality control check. They are also doing this for the new shipment. I really appreciate the fact that he responded to me in a timely manner. So, I have changed my review of the service. I will give this place another chance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My husband went to Sprouts in Round Rock for the first time. We used to go to the one in Great Hills and loved it, but we moved and going to that location was no longer convenient. Anyway, my husband bought ground lamb. He was cooking it for dinner when he noticed several small pieces of black plastic mixed in the meat. I have sent a complaint to Sprouts via their website and also wrote a review on Yelp. I will consider changing my rating if someone from Sprouts responds and if they also discontinue selling this tainted meat. For now, my family and I will avoid Sprouts.

If you are looking for good fresh produce Sprouts carries a good variety and has good prices. Decent Deli, Fish and Meat Counters. Love the large selection of bulk foods. I dont use Sprouts for all of my grocery shopping. The selection of canned items while good tends not to be mainstream, so there are some brands that I like, but others that I am not so familiar with. The same goes for the frozen foods for the most part. They do carry a good selection of health and beauty items that can be hard to find. The wine selections are also interesting and good and there are frequent specials. One big plus is the size. It is easy to get in and out since the store isnt huge.

Their produce and prices are good; however, their parking lot has signs that mislead people into placing the shopping carts in unsafe areas. One of the carts became loose and rammed my car. Even though I had a witness of this and the store manager seemed to cooperate, their corporate headquarters rep accused me of lying and even though I told her that I had photographic evidence that their signs mislead people into putting their carts in bad places, she seemed very doubtful of my account and basically accused me of lying. I am very upset and the only reason I dont take them to small claims court is because I dont have the time, but I am not happy.

MIKE at this Round Rock Store was one of the first employees that actually ask if we were finding things or could help us in some way and mean it. Mike did this to all he encountered .... Thank You Mike as we appreciated the friendly assistance offered to all. We have shopped in all of the Sprouts Markets in Austin and the surrounding area. Austin being the rudest store ever, dirty, and uninformed of products and attitudes helping you. Round Rock is our store ...as Mike has proved it takes five seconds to show good friendly customer service. Sprouts has a shinning star hope you realize it. Thank You

Take a step back in time, when grocery markets were simpler places; full of fresh produce that isnt treated with chemicals or bio-engineered. These places havent vanished, because Sprouts is still around. Its a smaller market with a good selection, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. They offer items that are not typically found in places like HEB or Randalls. We always purchase our vitamins here along with our Gluten-Free breads and vegan mayonnaise. There is a nice meat and seafood selection along with a large bulk-food area.

Awesome, as always! Very reasonable prices, produce is always fresh, and employees are always helpful. This is a place you do not need to spend your entire afternoon reading labels at, because they stock healthy (and delicious) items. I do not even live in Texas, but I needed groceries while on vacation. I have a Sprouts near my home in Arizona and when I went to this one it was like walking into the same store. The store layout is the same, so I could find everything, and it was very clean and pleasant. I LOVE Sprouts :)

They have the best organic produce specials on Wednesdays. Their prices will beat HEBs any day of the week. The other grocery stores charge a lot more for organics, but not here. Besides the price being low, the produce always looks fresh. They have a great meat selection to go along with it and a large selection in vitamins and nuts. The staff is very professional and are knowledgeable in the departments they work in. Thank You Sprouts for opening up in Round Rock!

Jennifer, Kendrick, Roman and all of the other staff that you have working at this store all have provided above any customer service expectations I have ever had. I will continue to come to this store as my first choice for quality groceries and fresh fruits and veggies. Thank you for having such fun and friendly, helpful staff!

The manager tonight, or whatever she is, is not really using her head and isnt very cognizant of the impression she gives off. Talking about pulling tills in front of customers when they have been waiting in long lines for the 2 tills that are open with at least 4 customers still in each line is just not something you do as a professional in a management or supervisory role. Seems like an excellent coaching opportunity.
