If I could give 0 stars I would ! where to start... well I went there yesterday on my lunch break so I was in a hurry, went to check out and the manager , ( which I know she was ) bc she told someone on the phone she was. was talking to another lady that works there about an employee of theirs, saying their sales were good bc a red headed someone wasnt working the register, then proceeded to tell the girl that the employee who obviously isnt employed there any longer was trying to get paper work filled out so that she could get assistance from the government (as this Manager if you will.. was rolling her eyes , then she made the comment ,yeah she will probably get more than me and you put together .. as they giggle. first off ... if you are a so called manager . DONT TALK ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES, and as a customer I should not have been subject to that drama .... just drama. I AM COMPLETELY DISCUSTED IN THE MANAGEMEMT HERE AND YOU CAN BELIEVE I WILL NEVER BE BACK. but one thing I hope will happen is the red headed girl that used to work there sees this and proceeds with action. !!! and you are free to contact me and Ill will tell you everything that was said. this is just sad. seriously need to evaluate your management

I walked in and I was greeted warmly by all the sweet workers and at that time I had my Yorkshire Terrier puppy that is in the process of being certified as a support dog because I got him when I started chemotherapy. However, while i was looking at a rack of clothing, a lady by the name of Angel came over to me and told me to leave because they had a no pet policy. I calmly explained that he was in the process of being certified to be a support dog and she said rudely "It doesnt matter did you not read the sign?" I sighed and walked out and looked. No sign. I went back in and told her there was no sign and could she show it to me. She groaned and walked outside with me and I showed her that there was no sign. She rolled her eyes and said "Well Im going to go get one." I walked away hurt and Embarrassed because so many people were there when she fussed at me. This has always been one of my favorite stores. I will NEVER shop here again. I love the clothes here and I have never been treated so disrespectful here.

By far the rudest place ever to shop when you spend over $100 every visit! No longer will I shop at this location. Employees arent trained properly and the manager is rude and doesnt even care.

This Is Worst Experience I Have Had At Rue 21. The cashier rakeem was not friendly at all didnt give me my rue bucks. Will not be back at this store.
