Having always been a Belk shopper, i have spent countless dollars in the Snellville store in particular and frequented this particular location almost biweekly for several years. The past time that I visited this store, about a week ago, I was severely disappointed. Not only was my customer service sub par in the shoe department, but this store has become absolutely filthy! It needs some serious attention before it becomes another goodies! Every inch of it needs renovation and a long, hard cleaning! Clothes were in disarray on every single rack, with almost nothing in its place, every mannequin was dressed in something that they were out of stock on the floor, and the store itself was so dirty I wouldnt have advised anyone to sit on or touch hardly anything... Nevermind the lipstick writing on the fitting room mirrors and walls. Just gross! Hoping this store will see some serious love and attention very soon!

If I could give it no stars, I would! We walked in and my friend and I went directly over to the MAC section. There was one customer sitting down and about 5 to 6 employees behind the counter cleaning brushes. Out of all 5 to 6 employees, we only heard one hello as they continued to "clean brushes". NO ONE ever walked over to assist us as we stood there proceeding to look, point, and pick up the products for at least ten minutes. After they finished helping the seated customer there was still no help. There even was another customer who walked up after us and an employee went up to her and said, "Hello, is there anything that I can help you with today?" At this point, we decided we wanted nothing from this MAC counter.

Looking for Womens Shoes, two sales associates in department, 3 to 4 customers milling in shoe department, female associates disappears, male associate never even acknowledged that we were there, had to ask him where a certain make was, that is the last he spoke to us. Waited about 15 minutes for assistance, he totally ignored us. Belks employees need to get Customer Service Training, Get real Belks, you are only there to provide the customer with what they want or need, for without them you dont exist! We left without purchasing anything

This store has horrible customer service. Its basically has no customer service because no one will help you with a problem, no one will fix the problem if you have one. The shoe department lady is awful and lazy and the women in the womens section that check you out have the worst attitude Ive ever dealt with. The only people Ive dealt with in here with that were nice and helpful and friendly were in the jewelry department, fine jewelry department. I will not be shopping here anymore.

This store has horrible customer service. It is right next to kohls (with awesome, friendly service), so its pretty easy to choose where to shop. I buy Clinique here, and the ladies are very unfriendly. The employees are never at registers in other departments. You literally have to walk around 2 times to find someone, and then they act like you are annoying for making them check you out. HORRIBLE STORE.

My favorite Belk location. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I do wish the 2 sections were joined somehow so you do not have to walk outside to get from one to another. I have never had a bad experience here like bigger locations. The one side a dedicated to women which is nice to shop for myself. The other section houses the household, mens and childrens departments.

I go here to get Clinique. The women at the counter are never friendly, never bother to pretend to like their job (or me!), and are not helpful. Even when asked for help or suggestions, I have a hard time prying a word out of them. Will be ordering online from now on instead of fighting traffic to be treated poorly.

The gal at the clinique counter was amazing. Even though it was a bust Saturday, she took time to help me with a moisturizer and foundation, and then entertained a request from my 5 year old to make her up. She put a little lip gloss on her and made my daughters day! Great experience.

Love this place. The staff is spotty lately but they are friendly, I liked it better when they had more staff. Found someone purchase in the fitting room and sent my son to customer service desk with it. They was nice to me and gave me and extra 10% off a stained clearance shirt.

Always a huge selection of women clothes. The only thing I dont like is that everything, other than women items, are a couple of stores down. Which might be a good thing, because I probably would spend more money. LOL!

Lots of different things to choose from. From clothes to make up to bed linens. The staff is very nice. And the dressing rooms are always very clean. Glad they finally have a MAC makeup counter!!
