Im giving this place 5 stars for the coat and overall clothing selection selection. If I could, I would give this place negative stars in terms of customer service. The cashier who served us was rude; it was like she didnt to be there. She did not ask me how my experience was; the first thing that came our of her mouth was "Whats your telephone number?" Not a "Hello" or "Did you find everything alright?" Aside from that, the other lady that assisted me in getting a discount off of a damaged coat was very helpful. The cashier, on the other hand, was rude as heck: She asked me if I found another undamaged coat exactly like it... WTF. If I saw two coats that were the same and one was undamaged while the other was damaged,; dont you think I would have picked up the undamaged one? Believe me, the 5 stars are definitely for the clothes and the other lady that helped get my discount for the coat that was damaged. I bought 2 coats. I got two coats for the price of one which was awesome.

I was standing in line to check out & noticed 2 of the "diamonds" were missing on the necklace. Told the lady with the "loud accent" 2 diamonds were missing. She obviously need to go on break. The intelligent lady told me "they were not real" (duh, only cost $12.99) and proceeded to tell me it was costume jewelry! Sooooo glad, I had a positive attitude toward her sarcastic attitude!

I LOVED IT !!!! I ALWAYS DROVE BY THE STORE, BUT NEVERED WENT INSIDE. FINALLY DECIDED TO GO IN AND CHECK IT OUT TODAY. WALKED OUT SPENDING 100 SOMETHING DOLLARS. LOL I WILL BE GOING BACK!
