Its a shame that 1 employee can change your view of a business and make you never want to shop there again. I didnt bother catching her name but shes an older Black woman with reddish-brown hair and coke-bottle glasses. 1st, she was at the front and didnt bother greeting us as we came in the store-no biggie. But funny enough, she realized we were there when my 14 year old daughter placed her drink on the rack where she rudely came over and told her she had to throw her drink away. My daughter didnt mind, but it was the abrupt and nasty way she said it. Secondly, we stood around politely to wait our turn for her to be done with all the customers so we could ask for access to the dressing rooms. That moment never happened. Even if she had 2 minutes of breathing room, she never looked up to acknowledge we were standing there and pretty much igged us when we tried to get her attention. We finally just went to the fitting rooms ourselves to wait around and see if we could just go into one as someone came out. But that didnt work because everyone over there pretty much had the same idea we did and were frankly skipping the "line". As a woman came out I asked her "hey is there really only 1 person working here today?" She told me, no there was a couple of women working and she attempted to go find the other woman for me since Im quite visibly 8 months pregnant. She came back a few minutes later to report she couldnt find the other lady either. So I sent my daughter to the front to ask the older woman if, when she got the chance, could she open a fitting room for us? The lady loudly tells her (I could hear her all the way in the back) "We busy. You just gon hafta wait!" I yelled back "Dont talk to my daughter that way. You could do a LOT better with your customer service!" FINALLY, a half hour after waiting, someone came out of the dressing room and let my daughter in. Another person came out and let me in. As I was attempting to try on the bathing suit over my underwear (as any person with etiquette does), I realized I couldnt even get it over my thighs and gave up. I kicked it off, but couldnt reach down to get it with my preggo belly. My bff reached under the door to pick it up for me when I heard the same nasty woman exclaim "UHUH! You cant try on bathing suits!!" I said "ok maam, didnt know that. But if you were paying attention to us for the half hour we tried to get your attention, you would know all we had were bathing suits." She says "oh well, you gotta come outta there with them bathing suits NOW!" I was like, :you know what? Your customer service is the WORST Ive ever seen. Well shop somewhere else." I admit, I called her a b!tch before I left, loud enough for her to hear it. Call it the pregnancy talking, but she thoroughly pissed me off. Funny, I had her undivided attention after I said that, as she glared at me all the way out the door. We left and wound up spending over $250 at Walmart for bathing suits and shoes-something we couldve spent less at Citi Trends for, but we didnt mind spending more for piece of mind. I have loved this location for years, often bypassing the one that was closest to me on Candler Rd. to come to this location. Every time I get paid I easily spend $100 or more in here without even thinking about it. This past Saturday changed all of that. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Either get rid of that woman or re-train her.

This store is huge, the employees were nice and friendly. I spent 2 hours in the store because there was so much to chose from.
