This is the worst customer service anyone should have to endure. They have a conflicting policy, they say that they have in store alterations and that the customer can return items that do not fit. What they dont tell you that once the customer have alterations done , they cannot return them, and huge lack of communication. I spent hundreds of dollars in this store and was treated like a common criminal. I would not recommend this store to any one, the manager and staff are unprofessional and do not have a clue about customer service.

I have been to store many times unfortunately I am really not happy with the customer service at all one day i held a couple of pants for pick up next day when i went there they had stacked them back and i could not find any and the alterations they have should be free of charge atleast the small jobs like adjusting lenth of a pant ....
