As of last month, I was no longer shopping at Ross. I shopped at Ross for years and was a regular customer here until I was embarrassed by a male sales clerk. He spoke to me in front of other customers and cashiers in a rude tone instructed me to put my cart in the cart return as I was leaving. (Twice!!!) I mentioned that I was leaving and had nothing to check out and usually customers always leave the shopping carts in front of the window near the exit or to the return bin. I had shopped around and had not made any purchases (Saturday) as there werent many items on shelves and normally Ross restock every other day. Never mind the fact that I held open a door for a lady customer leaving the store when I arrived as she was carrying two large rugs and some pantry and bathroom items in her shopping cart. No one assisted her but I did and I was a customer! Called Ross when I got home and spoke to Ross lady personnel who acknowledged seeing this event a while ago and told her that I will not be returning to that location ever again. Her reply she will let the male employee know that he had lost a customer for good by his actions. So Ross, I havent been back to the Cumming store since I found another store I enjoyed better. Another reviewer commented the exact same thing happened to her at the Northpoint Mall location around Christmas and even stated that Ross even tampered with her review to put the store in a positive light. She filed her complaint with corporate.

How is this location still in business? The aisles are so close together you cannot get but one cart down them. Not much inventory, it almost looked like it was a going out of business sale and everything had already sold. One employee was nice but another cashier mumbles so bad I could not understand a word she said. I will never visit this location again, its the worse Ross store Ive ever been in.

Great selection of home decor, clothing, toiletries, handbags, etc. Employees are quiet and dont harrass you, clean aisles, well-stocked... stays open later than Target with way better prices. This Ross never disappoints!

If you need a deal on clothes and shoes and they happen to have what you need in your size, then its a bargain to shop there. The traffic in that area is god awful so I try to avoid it whenever possible.

Compared to other Ross stores I have visited, the selection in this one was very limited and I could not find anything I was looking for. Also very unorganized. Had to go down the street to TJ Maxx

This is a minimal inventory store. I expected the Ross experience Ive had elsewhere and was disappointed. The competitors nearby offer much better selection. However, what they do have is nice.

Nice, clean, and organized. Only thing is the cashier didnt give me my change, and I didnt realize till I got in the car. It was handled once they checked the cameras to make sure.

Same as other Ross stores. Was crowded when we visited. People need to pay some respect to goods as the scatter things around. Staff must be having hard time putting things back.

Big store and it skews towards women on clothing. Lots of good deals for the ladies on clothes and shoes. Random knick knacks that depend on the season. Not much on kids toys.
