First I will say I love Rugged Wearhouse and have shopped with them for years but primarily in the Buford location. Now Duluth is closer so I go there and for the most part, the store is fine and employees are nice but they really need to get new carts. All of them are EXTREMELY squeaky to the point that its embarrassing if you use one. Also, I had a terrible experience with the manager named Shannon. She was very disrespectful to me when I was making a return (with receipt and tag), with attitude told me she didnt believe me (that it hadnt been worn) and that shed never take a return from me again. I was appalled, especially considering she did this in front of 10+ other customers in line. The store manager Lavern is very nice and contacted me after I filed a complaint.

Ive liked Rugged Wearhouse since college and this location does not disappoint either. They always have something that surprises me like a big designer name tucked away in between something. And the prices are soooo friggin cheap. Make sure you take advantage of their membership card its free and allows you to save even more money on purchases.

Ive been a fan of this store for years. Throughout the change in employees the customer service has never been disappointing and you cant beat the prices. I just wish the shoe department was a bit more organized and had more sizes for younger children.

Occasionally theres good deals to be found here. Wish their brands werent so focused on urban wear. Dont expect to find many name brands here. Mostly off-shoots from clothing designers.

Slowly becoming one of our (me and my girlfriend) favorite place to shop. Greatest prices for brand name clothes. Never too busy and the people are always helpful and courteoys.

Its a hit of miss kind of store, they have great deals but may not have it on your size. Always check it out, youll never know what you will find.
