Currently walking through the store and for so many associates on the floor, the store is a mess. Clearance isnt marked clearly, lay out of racks is too close together and dishelved. I am only going to assume that their percentage of theft is extremely high from how disorganized this store is. As a customer and someone who works in retail I can honestly say that my expierence here is terrible. Ive been waking around for about 20 mins and the 10 to 15 employees Ive seen walk pass, not one has given any type of customer service. This store is in serious need of an overhaul.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Belk (0262). Assoc.002933 was very rude and nasty she rushed us and didnt give us eye contact during the whole process of making our purchase. My mom asked her if there was any discounts sent out in the email she rudely said "No not on nike"! I am a Belk card holder and if your employees cannot give better customer service then I will no longer be a Belk customer. Thank you Belk card holder!

Constantly changing new inventory new markdowns. Nice variety. Clearance gets a little crazy and I wish they would vacuum or broom the dressing rooms
