So i went to rue21 by target. To use a $20 off $50 purchase. The customer service was awful. The coupon wouldnt scan. They said it was because of a sale item. So i took it off got something else. Then they said it was another sales item. The manager was helping the cashier, cashier was telling me sorry. The manager is gonna tell her dont apologize its not our fault. Sooo whos fault is it? Mine? She finally keyed it in after multiple attempts to scan the coupon. I was pissed cuz i wouldve much rather got the other item i had before. But its whatever wont be goin back there anytime soon

Horrible, worst, shifty greeted me saying our store is going to close at 6. ( cashier deirdre .with a Centre nose ring) unprofessional not well trained in other ways dont know to expand businesses I guess only knows to ask a raise) I said well then just give me a 100$ gift card and asked for a envelope first she said we dont have any ..I said how can I give it open for a birthday .. She dont deserve stars But 5 EGGS

Rude Rude Rude.Customer service was horrible for me. The lady there barely looked me in my face while i was talking. Put things in the clearance section with clearance stickers on them but still wanted full price for the items. Sucks because i love Rue 21 but with the attitude problems i will gladly drive to the locust grove location!!!
