This stupid store, what kind of store does not have a dressing room but puts rules on returning items?? I spent $120 yesterday & I asked the lady can I exchange for a different size if needed. I bought the items for my dude. The lady said yes. Now of course I took the tags off bc I bought the items for his birthday. A few of the items are too small & they say I cant return them without the tags on the item! Thats stupid...i spend too much money too often for me not to be able to exchange my items. Its not like Im asking for a refund!

The customer service at this store is Bar None the best I have ever experienced. Everyone working here genuinely cares about every customer that comes to the store and they treat you like family and theyll help you in any and every way they can. Not only does the store have the best customer service their prices are shockingly low. Their merchandise selection is phenomenal.
