This store and staff does not even deserve a 1 star! Disgusting associate, I believe her name was Delphine. hands down the rudest person I have EVER came in contact with! Needless to say her nasty, rude attitude landed a call to corporate before I even left the store! I hope the case opened against her teaches her something about CUSTOMER SERVICE. If not, she should really find a job where she can work alone! When I asked for a manager I was lied to about who it was and where she / he was. "She was at lunch and the ONLY manager on duty that day" but a few minutes later "He" was walking the sales floor looking for me because as soon as corporate hung up with me, they contacted the store. Now the "manager" wants to know what was going on. Now you care?! No, too late now. Where were you when I asked for you before Delphine showed out? The lack of intelligence in management amazed me as well, unless that was a lie and he was only a store associate. That lack of "customer service" will get a company NO WHERE. Shame Shame TJ Maxx!

Ill never shop at Ross again! I discovered TJ Maxx last December and its priced as reasonably as Ross, but has much higher quality and wider variety of merchandise. Great customer service
