I went to shop at this location on:02-14-16 at noon. I bought some stuff and payed for it. After i paid for it, a manager (as I found she is the store manager named Pamela), look up receipt and told me that the price of one of sweater is wrong and she have to returned it and charge her right price (I dont know any company where you paid for something and after you pay for it they say the price is wrong) So upset by her conduct I was on my way out of the store. Then I stopped at the door because one of the skirts that I forgot to return to shelf, because I didnt want it, also I didnt paid for, ring the alarm. Long story short, I was accused of stealing and kept in their office until police came. They gave me ticket with saying that I cannot shop at the bellk for three years! GOOD JOB BELK! Like I need your $15 skirt. I am a serious person, honest wife and abiding citizen of this country. I will never shop at BELK again for their behavior.

Its clean and organized as well as any Belk. The prices can run a tad high, but its the only one in the area. You may want to try the nearby Kohls (North on 141) if youre looking for something less expensive.

They forgot to take 20% off my purchase so I went back to get it fixed. They rolled their eyes while the did the refund because they didnt think it was a big deal. They were unprofessional and rude.
