Nonexistent selection of petite sizes, and the manager doesnt know any of the return policies. I bought a pair of leggings and was not told that it was final sale(no sticker either). When I called to ask why no one told me that it was final sale, the manager said that I cant return it either way because it was considered an undergarment and because I had tried it on at home. Mind you I tried these on IN STORE with her permission. So I called customer relations, and they said that leggings are NOT considered undergarments, so what she said made no sense. They have also changed their policy to there not being any more final sales, so everything can be returned within the time limit. The parking here also sucks. I went on a Tuesday and had to circle several times to find a parking space. Overall experience was horrible.
