So the last time I visited was in June of this year (2015), was shopping for my brother-in-laws birthday present.. and nobody came to help my mom and I.. we werent even greeted.. after we made our purchase.. I asked the manager if we can have it gift wrapped and she gave us a glare and rolled her eyes.. I didnt think that was very professional. We also asked for tissue paper in the bag.. she never gave it to us. What the ....?! Really? That made me so angry, because I work for retail and I always give my customers 100% satisfaction.. so for her to be like that to me.. ooooo I was so fired up! So never will I shop at this J Crew ever again!
