Talking about Friendly & Very professional, this store is the best. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was smiling faces, positive attitudes, helpful staff and very courteous. All the staff seemed like they LOVED their jobs and actually wanted to be there even on a big sale day because it was $1 flip flop day. This store on Peachtree Parkway in Norcross, Georgia was the BEST store not just best Old Navy but BEST store I have EVER been to. Highly recommended this store to visit.

Went in to return item bought online. I didnt have invoice with me, just had purchase details from my online account. Amelia was very professional and helpful. Return was processed successfully. She asked a colleague, Jean, who was not friendly and didnt even acknowledge me. I asked her a question and was ignored. She may be good at her job but customers service skills are very much lacking.

This is our family go to Old Navy once a sale happens we go here to reep the rewards, the parking is sometimes slight issue but you just have to be willing to walk alittle or ride around if you are a " gotta park in the front person" store is clean and the kids I mean workers are friendly, Ha HA

This is a really big old Navy!! With lots of cool stuff to look through, but it is usually understaffed and the lines are pretty long with a messy dressing room :-( but overall the products they have may be worth the trip.
