my wife and her sister went to this store took the time to shop,ready to check out and the only cashiers were in customer service,the two women was waiting on customers.one lady said you have to get in line,so they got in line.her sister checked out.While my wife was in line,two ladies got in line.one women was returning something the other lady was trying to buy something also.the lady working looked at my wife,told her she was in the wrong.So she moved and they took the lady that was returning something,they were not any cashiers in the normal cashiers they were onlythe customer service ladies,they should have not been two lines because the same two ladies was waiting on everyone.So to them the people returning stuff was more important to the people at Ross than the ones trying to buy something.so to me that is very bad business policies

I do love Ross. Really I do. But this place (and most all the others Ive been in) DO NOT have enough cashiers! I waited over 30 minute to just one thing. The store is always a freaking mess, though its got better over the years, but they pay to have a guy stand at the door and harass everyone but cant get another cashier that probably makes minimum wage.

Ross is one of those kind of stores that you go in when youre not in a hurry they never have enough cashiers and you can never find nobody to help you pick things on a high Shelf but the prices are good you just need to have a lot of patience

Quality clothing at an exceptionally low price! This place has great home goods, too. Be ware of the long lines. Shop late and the store shouldnt be as crowded.

Too crowded, lines too long, clothing mediocre. The cake frosting was when I was told to put my clothes back on the hanger after trying them on. Too much.

Every Saturday the line is half to the back of the store so I end up leaving without buying anything. But I like to shop there normally
