The associates treat me good and make me feel welcome. As for the management. They make me feel like they dont want me to be there. I cant ask questions to the manager without her speaking to me with attitudes. Also she tried to over price me on a cooking pot. She told me its for 16.99 and when I went to the Ross on 78 I found the same exact cooking pot for 9.99. I will never go back to this store until the management is gone. Thank you for reading.

Not the quality of Ross Im used to going to. Youre not greeted by anyone when you enter. None of the staff say anything to you as you walk around. The store closes at 9:30 pm on Sunday and at 8:50 the manager is approaching all the customers telling them they need to go to the checkout. She had everyone out of the store by 9:10. For service and choice of products choose another Ross

Im not really a fan of Ross but I went in there looking for a simple white shirt. Well I couldnt do that with the Loss Prevention Officer watching me. He kept looking in my face and moving around those racks, trying to be inconspicuous! To late Brotha I see you and I left. Never again

They have horrible customer service. Trying to obtain employment there no luck, but after experiencing the service that was given Im no longer enthused about obtaining employment with a establishment of that caliber.

Can always find something for a reasonable price but they need more cashiers!! Dont like the lines ! Surely one of those people thats shoveling clothes around could be a cashier ???
