We went in and bought a new king size mattress, we didnt have the truck with us so we told the salesman that my wife would return the next day to pick it up and he assured us that wouldnt be a problem. Wife returns next day and staff are rude and throw the mattress on the truck then run back in the store without even offering to help her secure it. She worked on it for about thirty minutes before going to the auto zone next door and getting help. She headed out up hwy400 and lost the mattress. Thanks to some good kind folks she got it back on the truck and to the house. End result dont expect friendly or helpful staff at this store. Will not return to this location.

This store is not very appealing on the inside. If I didnt need to purchase a few things for Christmas I would never go into the store. I like Big Lots, but the one in Cumming sucks!
