I just had the worst experience at this location with the manager. Usually, I shop here every other Saturday to take advantage of the good deals, to use my $5 off coupon and the extraordinary customer service. Today, I went in the store to buy 3 items which were ramen noodles, Xtra detergent and gum flossers.I got in line to pay for my items. I kindly asked the cashier to tell me the cost after scanning each item because I wanted to make sure that I was getting each item at the sale price. He developed an attitude and told me that I was confusing him. I asked him if he looked at the sale ad to know whats on sale and I was ignored. After he scanned my 3 items, I entered my phone number in the hypercom under digital coupons to get the $3 off the Xtra detergent but coupon did not register. I stepped to the side and told the cashier to assist the other customer so that I can find the sale ad in my phone. He took out the items from the bag and put it on the floor, then he picked up the items and place them on the counter. When I got back in line to show him the sale ad on my phone, he was angry and said to me with a rude tone "are you ready now and what do you want to do? I dont converse with people who are rude. I said to him thats why I got back in line. As I tried to show him the sale ad in my phone, he took my items and told me to go to the other line. He did not try to assist me in anyway possible. Again this is my first bad experience at this dollar General store. I concurred with him and went to the other line because I didnt want to deal with someone whos incompetent and rude. I asked the other cashier if the rude guy was a manager, he said yes. At this time, I expressed to the rude guy that he was unprofessional and has very poor customer service. I told him that as an older man and manager hes suppose to set an example. Most managers are considered leaders and they lead by example and in this case I felt very disrespected. Who wants to go to a place and spend their money and time to be insulted and disrespected. Ive been shopping at dollar general for years and Ive never experience such poor customer interaction and despicable behavior. I was expecting him to look at the ad and approve the $3 coupon but he didnt, he walked away.Although Broxton(cashier) couldnt do very much to help me because he needed the approval from the foul manager he was still polite. He looked at the sale ad but told me that unfortunately since the coupon did not apply to my order after I put in my phone number he couldnt apply the coupon manually. I knew he needed approval from the manager but at this time I was infuriated and did not want to interact with that rude person. I feel Broxton should be the manager because he was very helpful, friendly, and has impeccable customer service. I know that sometimes life can take people on obstacles that causes them to behave poorly but people should try to separate their personal life from work life.

I was shopping in the area had a dollar tree bag and was told I had to leave it up front, lady was very rude on a Monday night on the 16th..... all I was in there to do was window shop to find something using uber to get around the ethical view was unbelievable, I hope everyone I know walks in with a bag of some sort 8:37 I believe this was sexist And racist discrimination stereo typing

The staff is absolutely great!! I shop here several days a week and havent dealt with a cashier yet that was not polite, friendly an professional. They store does need a little organizing and stocking on a few things, but it they dont have what I want one day, I just go back another. They are quite busy sometimes, but look where the store is located. This is my favorite DG in the area.

They need a new staff and management team. Very rude workers and they care nothing for the customers. They are on the phone while ringing up customers (Dawn). If they want to talk on the phone stay home, your here to work, not talk on your personal phone.

This is probably the most jumbled, run-down Dollar General Ive ever been in. That being said, they had what we needed and it was an easy in and out.

The shelves well stock, but not much space between the isles, if in a wheel chair or rollator will be difficult to move around in this store
