I am only ever going to this franchise for tires. Where as Kaufman keeps finding issues that dont exist, Discount tires only ever helps. My first experience was so extraordinary. I was low on funds and needed all 4 tires replaced ( they were extremely bald) I knew exactly which ones i needed and they were not the cheapest by any means. I told them I would get two that day and be in next week for the next two because thats when I got paid. When i returned to pick up my vehicle I was surprised to see 4 new tires. They let me come in the next week to pay for the other two. They were more concerned with my safety then money. I have also had holes in tires fixed at no charge on tires they didnt sell me. I only recommend them to family and friends!!!

Absolutely great store/company!! I was having a bad day when my 22inch tire decided to go flat!! I ended up putting spare on and brought the car and tire to shop nervous on how much it was going to cost me!! Taylor met me at the door with a smiling face and told me I would be taking care of!! I left and came back to find out tire was unrepairable but because I purchased a warranty from them originally there would be NO CHARGE to order new one!!! Matt called store closest to my house set it up and tire will be replaced in no time!! I love discount tire but most of all had amazing experience at the Cumming store at a moment where I wasnt happy do to situation!! Thank you for making my Friday from bad to GREAT!!!

These guys are the best. Even when theyre slammed the make sure the quality is still 100% and do their best to get you in and out quick. I dont know who manages this location, but major kudos to you and your staff. Have never had a bad experience here, and if I ever do, 1. I would be surprised to have had one, 2. I guarantee it was beyond their control. Will always come to you Gents first. Oh... did i mention you get a tire shine when you take your car in. I for one, am big on always maintaining my car, but when they put that shine on thats one of those little things that makes a big difference. The one bad thing about it is, now I need to go wash my car to make it look just as good.

The BEST! I have been coming here for years and the guys have excellent customer service. Today the call center quoted me a price for tires they said were in stock; upon my arrival they did not have the quoted tires, only more expensive ones.. however they honored the quoted price for better tires. When I was laid off and couldnt afford all 4 new tires, they helped me out with some used, safe tires. I will recommend and go out of my way (as I did today) to patronize this establishment for that reason. #customerloyalty #discounttires #bestofforsyth #customerservice

The lobby is clean and comfortable. The water and internet are a plus. Matt and his team welcome you and are very knowledgeable about the tires and needs of your vehicle. They go out of there way to provide excellent customer service. Safety is number one for discount tire. They stand by there word. Takes forever to get maintenance or repair done on your tires (even if you bought the road hazard with them). Wait times are very long and I understand its because they are popular. But if it takes a long time to have my tire repaired or tires rotated, is it still worth it to buy it? I dont know yet. However, I like their tire selection, their road hazard is good and they have a professional attitude.

Helpful and they take accountability. Slipped up know by breaking my wheel cover. They went ahead and got me a replacement. Good tires, good prices. Ive gotten all my tires there in the last three years. Not a bad idea to make an appointment and drop off your car. Because they do a good job they can be pretty busy. Waiting time can be 40min to 2 hours. Thats the only downside, but its worth it.

My wifes car needed tires badly and after checking out several tire shops I went to Discount Tire. I was truly amazed by the professionalism of everybody there. The salespeople were great and the mechanics were quick and efficient. They did not try to oversell and offered many alternatives. I would highly recommend this place to anybody searching for good tires at reasonable prices.

My husband and I took in our 5th wheel trailer for new tires. What a wonderful place!! Taylor helped us and had exceptional customer service skills!! He was professional and friendly. Told us it would be done in about an hour and it actually was done in an hour! Matt rang us up and finished. Also a wonderful guy! If we need more tires, well be back!!

I have been a customer here for 3 years and was reasonably happy but they pulled a bait and switch on me that ended up costing me money due to their error. Even though I have bought multiple sets of tires for multiple cars they essentially told me that customer loyalty meant nothing to them. I would stay away.

Had some very friendly staff and tried to help me with finding the best solutions but the mechanic that worked on my car was awful. Broke almost all of the bolt covers of my wheels and almost completely shaved a few of the lugs. And all of my lugs were new from Volkswagen. Now Im gonna have to buy more lugs.

They went out of their way to accommodate! I had my 3 week old in the car and they met me out at my car and got my information and started a ticket. I stayed in the car the whole time and continued breastfeeding in the backseat even during the time the car was in the bay. Maloy was very accomodating

This is the only store that Ive bought tires at for over 7 years. Great customer service, you can make an appointment, good prices, free rotation and balance for the life of the tires, usually in and out in an hour. Matt the manager, and his team do a great job. I wouldnt buy tires anywhere else.

Professional staff. Great prices. Fast service. I was in and out in 30 mins! I purchased a car with tires that had never been rotated. I only needed 2 new tires. I was expecting pressure to get all 4 new tires and a bunch of up-sales, but instead I got honest opinions and fast service!
