This is probably my favorite Rue21 location reasoning being they have a bigger clearance section and wide variety to were I can definitely get more for my buck for different looks. It cleaner than most stores in my opinion meaning clothes are not just thrown all over the place , they pretty much stay on top of that. But a down fall would is that every time i do go whether or not it is crowded or not , there is most likely always something wrong with one of their registers for example whether they were checking out a customer and they used a coupon but the coupon didnt pop up for this customer but it did for the one before . Or someone tries to refund something and there is problem too . But if they fix that the store would totally be 5 out most locations Ive been too . I like there selections they have as well

Waited on line for 45 minutes with three people ahead of me. Cashier was extremely slow, talking and working with little efficiency. After waiting for about 25 of the 45 minutes, the cashier called a woman from the back 9f the line to the front for having one item. This transaction took about 15 minutes. I had four items btw. There was another cashier who closed her line. This store does not value its customers time. I will not be back.

Store is packed; checkout line long. 1.5 registers open as it appears to take 3 people to operate 1 of them. Been standing in line 20 minutes and it has moved once.
