I honestly have not had any major issues if any at all until today at Ross. The manager, Jardean, was acting very unpleasant during our experience today at Ross. This business has always been my families top choice because they are similar to a tiny Walmart with so many choices of clothing and also other household items as well, etc. Jardean handled the situation very poorly and approached is aggressively. I mean aggressively, like she seems to approach situations in a rude way. She does not listen to customers also. Thanks Ross I will not have your business be the first in mind if I would like to purchase items.

Such an unorganized mess clothes ALL over the Place & on THe floor & insAne lines BUT only 2 registers open however the 2 young ladies 1 by THe name OF Joann was exceptional and VERY fast & efficient & May was awesome as well... Ill give them ANOTHER chance

The Store is always untidy and unorganized. The Customer Service isnt the best , but Im giving 3 ⭐ because if I dig deep and long enough I seem to find a decent treasure.

This store has gotten better at being organized, but they have stopped carrying some items like sports jerseys and there seem to be more low end shoes in the store.
