I buy all my parts here. On my last visit, Jeff was busy but stopped what he was doing came out from behind the counter and made sure we got all the gear we came to buy. This was for my 9 yr old son and he was spending his own hard earned money for his riding gear. (he had been saving for months on end). Jeff interacted with my son and made him feel as important as any other customer. My son really liked that! They had everything in stock and even reduced the price on one helmet because it was on clearance. I would rather take the time to drive to the shop and order something if its not in stock than order on line. Jeff always makes sure I get the right parts. Cant get that on line!! edited: 4/11/17 (wouldnt let me write 2 reviews) I have never written 2 review for 1 business but this situation warrants such. I took my GSXR 1000 to St Louis Power sports service department due to a lower end noise/vibration. I was very worried that it would be the crank or some sort of lower end issue and was prepared to spend whatever it took to get the problem resolved. I made my appointment and took the bike in on Thursday at the end of the business day. I wasnt expecting it to be looked at until Tuesday. On Friday I received the best call ever. Nick and his AWESOME team found the problem and fixed it. It was a simple issue of a retaining clip rubbing the flywheel. This speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity of the service department. My bill was less than 10% of what I expected. They could have easily told me the crank was bad and either needlessly replaced it or say they replaced it and did nothing. There are some shops out there that would certainly do that but not STLPS! I will never let any one but Nick and his expert techs. lay hands on my prized possession. Thank you guys!!!

The manager seemed nice enough in trying to fix the issues but unfortunantly it was all a train wreck. I called a day before coming in concerning a used side by side on the lot. Since its easier to finance with their banks, i spoke with their financial gave all my information and was told a certian interest rate and term. We came in the next day and decided on the purchase for sure and went to sign papers and finalize financing. The financing wasnt even close to what they had told me the day before it was nearly double (went from 0-$500 down and 5 years to 3 years term). But fine whatever. They go as far as preparing for us to sign papers and they have no MOS papers no title nothing on it. Great. We have been here almost 4 hours at this point to be told they have nothing but will get the paperwork. We waited two weeks to be told they could acquire nothing proving that this is theirs to sell and that they own it. So my husband and I both have hard hits on our credits, spent two hours jacking with our insurance when it was said and done as we were advised we would need it before we could leave with it. Truly a mess I would advise to ask upfront if they have the paperwork and also they dont know a thing about selling to Illinois people although they are a half hour away from Illinois.

My father and I walked in to the store and was looking around trying to find a Vulcan. There was no greeting or anything, which I excused due to them closing within 30 min. When we found the ones we was looking for we wanted to know a price and none of the sales staff would even bat an eye at us. We waited for about 20 min before a sales associate came to talk to us. He was very short and quite rude. He said the bike was a 2010 when the vin tag said it was an 2009. I asked him and he said no it is a 2010 and rolled his eyes and walked off for a price. When he cam back said well it is an 09 and gave us the price. Not a sorry or anything. So we left dissatisfied customers. Dont waste your time.

Meh. The employees are all nice guys and I dont want to slam them, but I normally go to Donnelson south for my dirt bike needs, but I was in the area so I went here. I went in to get fork oil for my bike and new the kind I needed. The employees asked me what I was putting it in and assured me that the weight fluid I had was wrong and I needed something else. After some discussion they convinced me of it so I got what they recommended. Then I got to where I was working on my bike and double checked my manual and guess what, I was right they were wrong. Fortunately Donnelsons was down the road so they had what I needed. This place has nice employees but the arent that well informed.

Great place. Just got some warranty work done, Nick the service manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of. All parts were installed promptly after being received. Its hard to find a Polaris dealer that will work with you. They have gained a customer. A few weeks ago my dad bought a used machine from them. Sales staff was helpful and were able to sell in the price range he was looking to spend. Again an A+ rating.

After being underwhelmed by customer service a few times, I contacted the owner. He investigated the situations and went above and beyond to rectify the customer service issues. Hes a really nice guy - have mutual friends and they said hes great. Unfortunately, I still dont know about the customer service. There is constant swearing in the shop and before and after customer phone calls, the employees express their annoyance with the customers.

Had nothing but good experiences at STL Powersports. Bought my very first bike here back in 2010 and just recently sold another bike on consignment. Dealt mostly with the Finance Manager, Cory who was super cool and professional. He got my bike sold within a week from when I listed it. Unfortunately I am taking a break from riding but should I ever decide to buy another bike in the future, this will be the first place I shop.

Mixed reviews here that weigh on the less than more scale. I had a successful result in my initial service with Stl. Powersports, just to be followed a year later with 2- consecutive failed attempts at service that actually had to be properly serviced by a third party mechanic. I am done with Stl. Powersports since I no longer have the time, patience, or faith in their service department
